there used to be a bunch and then everyone realized that you can't make money off of advertisements and they all disappeared taking all those precious backups with them...

i was told to enter this:

this is a track my friend made for me, a kind of present for me to remember him by since he moved away.

Teh Awesume in D Minor featuring Pisie

and before you listen to it... I just want to say I'm sorry and the original track is an hour long.

My favourite part is around minute 3.

hehe same here darth, when i first made the switch from 5.5 to 7 i was like "SHUT UP!"

but then i got used to it and there are still things that annoy me [why change so many short cut keys?!?]
#2949
darth, did you change the palette when you exported?

if you used all the same colours that Farl used for the body and then added another new colour for the background and didn't tell the palette to update then it will add this dithered approximation

what version of flash do you have?

do you go to export image?

that's what i did, exported it as a 24 bit bitmap 200 dpi and then scaled it in photoshop with bilineal sampling

the only problem i have with it is his arm in the back position

granted arms don't go back far but these arms appear to snap, they don't move at all except laterally as in side to side

a slight rotation on the back swing and i'd be happy

ah diygames, they were supposed to do a preview of Time Out and then just stopped Emailing me...

woop de woop

may i suggest adding another space between updates on your main page, it all jumbles together

also, this is a peeve of mine, don't change my cursors for me. your site isn't as annoying as stupid assed web diaries that change the cursor to a plus sign cause they are so cool and the only ones to ever do it... but i just find it annoying

also

more titties!
#2955

General Discussion / Re:Books on cartooning

but seriously dave, i don't think any book will help ever

especially a book where all they do is draw a hand and then say "See this is what it looks like!"

anatomy books are nice [not Gray's Anatomy unless you plan on drawing lots of viens] i have a nice anatomy book that i got from Barnes and Noble and it was cheap Drawing Human Anatomy by Giovanni Civardi

if anything i recommend Loomis cause he'll at least teach you about proportion and all that stuff

in my opinion 99% of all drawing books are shit [especially the how to draw manga books]

just a scan from the book

also, as far as personal experimentation goes, if it's your first time sketching then it's gonna look terrible, just keep at it and at it, i know that's an annoying thing to hear and it's annoying for me to say, but it's the truth as much as it sucks

tee hee!

rode: i have that book too, it really fucked me up cause as far as i could tell it didn't really try to improve my art as it just showed me how the artist could draw hands and ladies sleeping

maybe that's what he wants it to look like?

but as far as asking for a walkcycle you'll have to be much more specific
