yea as far as i know you can, and sometimes holding down function and clicking doesn't work for a right click

as was the case with BASS

i hated the walking in BASS, walking around someone was so annoy-noy

i have an idea maybe i'll play around with it

do you mean turning off the entire ability of the character to even move diagonaly?

or stopping the game from running diagonal animations when there is none?

there should be a checkbox in the character display, right about the character image that says "no diagonal walking views" or something

my friend nick plays all our games on his mac. But he runs virtual PC and it has a TERRRRRIBLE time trying to run hi colour and for some reason 6 day assassin.

so either find a friend with a pc or bear the very slowfull ness of virtual pc i guess.

and the whole one mouse button thing made it quite hard for him to play BASS but he figured it out, if you need to know how I'll ask him.

just wanna clear something up

when i said to mitar to stop posting and make a game in another thread, i didn't mean people who have made games are better than everyone else who hasn't [look at me i've barely made any games] and i definetly don't believe this bullshit that just cause you're an "oldbie" you deserve respect.

you deserve respect if you show respect to people and well, you deserve it. You can be here since the beginning and never make a game [gilbert] but still be the biggest asshole in the world [not that gilbert is an asshole mind you, just poking fun at the man]. You can make a whole slew of games and yes... STILL be an asshole.

It's crazy but it's true! Length of time spent in the AGS community != respect.

The reason I keep telling mitar to make a game is because not 2 weeks ago he complained that he couldn't keep interested in a game long enough to keep working. So then he goes and posts constantly in the forums. And then goes on to complain that no one remembered that he started a thread so many years back. That is why I kept telling him to make a game and leave the forums alone for a while, leave the forums alone for a while and you're game will get made, make a game and people will remember you.

if you've saved it as an AVI or MPEG file then use PlayVideo (string filename, int skip, int flags);

if you've saved it as a flic then use PlayFlic (int flic_number, int options);

look in the ags manual for further details

And to tell you the truth, the first creationism vs evolution thread was really annoying. It was at least 10 people all saying their view and then trying to debate and lot's of "Now I didn't read the whole thing but...."

awe!! i liked her before, she was nice and cartoony and cute! [just to say, i don't mean cute like AWE! Look at the widdle baby! I mean cute like original and nicely done]

she looks real good now also, but i dunno, i preferred the first one, hehe

however, she also looks great now. I think before when she was more of a cartoon the hair worked for her, but now that she's more realistic the hair has to change. and I think the horn on our right should be attached to her head and not kinda in the hair, if they are real that is and not supposed to be symbolic of her evilocityness
