I think the game has a bug in it also unless I got the wierd ending with he sheep , but I felt as if it skipped a bit and I may have missed a bit of the story...

All of a sudden for no reason the sheep started following me for no reason and then i went to the field.. i never went to aarons room or anything which is what i was trying to do.

to be honest at first glance the only thing i can see that may need correcting is the side view, his back foot looks a bit more forward than his legs.

Damn! The whole AGS community wishes they could draw like that. It TRULEY TRULEY is proffesional..

I think it would be great if you could put up a few tutorials in the future about your sprite/background construction from paper to ags engine.. Im sure that would benefit many many ags'ers.

Mine did take ages, its one of those backgrounds that has lots of fiddly bits in it, putting all the knick nacks in...
But I kinda couldnt stop once I started it took me all day to do.

Photoshop can use different layers to construct an image , kinda drawing on seperate pages that are overlayed, but it meand that for instance I could put murray on his own layer then move the layer and position him nicely on the shelf of my bookcase

Well lets go for it , way off topic , start talking about cheese or the guessing the amount of commented code in AGS

For that desserted look you should add some broken/broken down things out front or abandoned stuff as well , maybe even a hole in the roof if its mega abandoned.

Hmm 76..., but 3 of them arnt visible... but damn thats a lot. But for instance when I duplicated layers for the frankenstien windup toys I didnt bother merging them where as I did for the barrels or something, but still i thinks thats got to be my record , and its only for background blitz lol.

I still have 2 Amiga's , And even with my HUGE memory upgrade of 512k Deluxe paint 4 was Painfully slow compared to Deluxe Paint 3 that just plain ruled...

Anyone remember the animations on the art disk of deluxe paint, the crying face and the waterfall, they ruled!

Wow thanks SSH , that seems to do the job , although I suppose its all to do with smoother gradients anyway. I'll add another reply to this thread with a screenie once I've fiddled with it a bit...

the 1st piccy has amouse hole because the image is also being used in another forum thread, but still 256 colour and would still look like the picture below if loaded into AGS.

I still havn't found anything to help :'(
