Alrighty then. The first God (God3) with the hair whitened seems to be good for mostly everyone. I'll do some work on the elbow and start on the front and back views.

N3T, its sort of a transparent glittery fabric. They looked better in the full sized image I think resizing them caused a problem. If you mean the green thing on the lower belly thats a tattoo or paint, its there on her neck and breast as well. Actually I was trying a costume design for the princess in Star Wars Ep2, Natalie Portman.

Thanks! Your response to my colors is very flattering so I will continue with the color images. The cannibalistic tendencies cropping up are a bit disturbing though.

Argh! Somehow I find the first version (God 1) very dull and uninspiring, as Dorcan said, no personality. And I tend to agree with Igor on the rough pencilled look being more interesting than the smoothened outlines. Plus the closed eyes, but everyone else wants them opened.

Anyway, this is the main sprite so I'm sure I'll be changing it again before the game is done (along with Lucy the Devil, if y'all remember him).

SSH - I'll have Dorcan try and script both Gods in the game itself so you can have a look. I think God3 looks way better than God1 in the game itself. Also I will now draw the inventory items and objects and other characters (non aimated for now) so Dorcan can finish scripting Day 1. I have the comprehensive list you made. Dorcan what else dyu need besides these to finish the scripting for Day 1? You will have to use the non-animated Lucy for now.

You're right Boyd - it was my first attempt with the tablet though so I was a bit clumsy.

These look excellent! If you could use a rotoscoped (animation traced from real life) main character it would fit perfectly.

Argh Dorcan! What a shocker that is! But with your skills and experience I think you can do more scripting in a few hours than most of us can in a week!

Thanks for all the comments! I can see the old God is almost unanimously a hot favourite. However I liked the animation and colors of the new God better so I modified it to look like the old God a bit, less drunk and more 'Godly'.

Is God 1 still better than God 3?
