Archangel, thats the funniest thing I've seen in a while! I just love the way he stomps his way forward! The shadow movements on the pants great too.

Yippee, my own sticky! Thanks Andail, and thanks for the compliments guys! I think I'll start posting the new artwork at the top and keep pushing the older ones down, like so -

Merry Christmas Dear Friends!

Thats obviously an oversight by LucasArts. He's not talking about the pixel, people, but the big slab of flat color..

Hi,
Some very nice music there! I am very interested in music for a game of mine I have finished (60 rooms, cutscenes, 4 chapters). But your current mp3s are a little moody for my game.  Do you have some more example of your lighter style of music, like the ones under Non Orchestral? I think 4 of those use similar chord progressions, Im looking forward to listening to more variety of your lighter works.

Ratracer's game (as *ahem* I had initially predicted) is getting great reviews everywhere! Wait till the other sites pick up. I must say I havent seen a more horribly designed website for such a fabulous game ever.

Looks great, youve managed an almost perfect walk animation! There just seems to be one frame missing, the one where the leg would be raised above the ground, in the midway position, knees bent almost 90 degreed. Right now he's moonwalking forwards with feet sliding on the floor. I think one frame for each of the legs in the up position when its in the midway position is required.

Bad anatomy but cool sketch! Sort of like Bruce Banner converting to the Hulk halfway round.

You guys completely failed to notice its a solar powered torch.. but then it would only work in the sunlight.. *Ahem* gotta rethink..

Andail - A sticky would be real cool!

Evil - which holes are missing? I guess ear and nose?

Eggie, thanks! But I would have liked some nitpicking..

You're right it would work that way too. When lifting off it would be that way, when going down it would be more this way (with a little artistic license).

Lovely piece of work!

No crits - very stylish and very well drawn.

It looks great! Only problems are the position of her elbows which are sticking to her waist all the time, but its no big deal. She also looks perfectly like a female now.

The current size is pretty ok and will allow you some good closeups in the game. Number of colors can be anything in a hires game. Number of frames 12 is perfect, you just increase the frames per second in the game walk option so she doesnt move too slow. I have a thing against watching characters move perfectly realistically too slow across the screen. I would rather have them walk funny but quicker! I dont think you should try and save space on the main character animation, since thats what people will watch all thru the game.

Thats alright Cpage, I had increased the limit to 6 MBs cos someone had asked me to. I have put it back to 1 MB again, but you can display your animation that you already uploaded. It looks great!

Looks really nice! There are some perspective problems, like the right window should be smaller than the left. But the most obvious is the wall seen through the right door - it should be in line with the left floor-wall margin.

EDIT:
Now I understand why it looks so good! You've pulled off a major perspective breakthrough, making the scene appear as if it was shot thru a wide angle lens.

Thanks guys!

Eero - I tried to draw her awestruck not scared.

veryweridguy, I wasnt really making lara so the different hair color. The shading was done using a render clouds and then the erase tool.

Jimi, as Eero said, its floating. I purposely didnt make the motion lines as that might have made it look comicky.

She's not really Lara Croft, but who would ever know (except for nitpickers like Eggie who go bout pointing out hair colors)
