Ack! Didnt know it was that difficult to read.. Its a robot with a slightly birdlike shape shooing off pigeons in the forest.

N3T  the dino leg probly looks odd cos I didnt connect the belly to the chest with a line. The leg is behind the belly.

The forest spares no one

Once upon a time were the really rough and tough days

I find serious goth titles easier to think up. Here's a few extempores -

Noir world, Return to Flickers, The Darkness Without, Choreographed Flashbacks, Uncensored, Back to the Forties, Clouded Moments, Viewpoints of Obsession, Frozen Reality, Mark of the Shutter, Lens Flare, Frame by Frame, The Reel World, A Game of Clicks, Mind of the Cameraman, Half Eclipse, Turn the Wheel, Behind the Curtains, Shows Over, After the Show, Half Ticket, Adults Only, Out of Focus, Masked Terrors, Tales from the Script..

I can think up these almost as fast as I can type. These can also be mixed and matched.

It looks good, but the varying line widths make it appear a bit sketchy. Like the mountains on the left should be inked the same line width as the mountains on the right. And the forest could be inked a lot thinner since they are far away. Anything far away usually does not have the same contrast as the foreground objects. You could add a few clouds to the sky to fill it up. The ship is a really nice touch. The figure is very well drawn.

Actually the panther's thinking the guy's head resembles a turnip and is trying to keep from bursting out loud cos the thug has a gun in his pocket. At least thats what I tried to convey!

The goddess of sadness should logically look sad, but my whacky goddess and her imps love gleefully plotting out more sadness for the people.

Those animated ones are awesome! I love the curvy hills in N3Ts. Jimi, the track moving in yours should be much faster than the land behind it, cos closer things appear to move much faster than farther ones.

The black does look odd, but I guess when you have a player character walking around it would be better to have a non distracting foreground. You could perhaps try moving the head in one of the 5 frames, so it bobs from time to time.

Thanks guys!

Erwin, you're right. I had hand drawn the moon but it looked too misshapen so I replaced it with a photoshop circle.

Here's the line work if anyone wants a look -

Well the mackie does its job nicely. I only use it for recording on to a comp, not for effects. The preamps are supposed to be very good.

I dont know that myself since its done through an agent. The girl's right hand is supposed to hold a placard saying something, they'll put that in themselves. I've almost stopped doing commissions, but the agent insisted I do it.

Nice new one Eggie! More unwarranted suggestions on lettering -

- it would look better if you use different fonts for sounds effects than for the speech balloons (like the AARRRRGGHH)
- it looks much better to leave a uniform and fair amount of space around the words (between the words and speech balloon)

Inspired by plasticman's moonlit spooky house

And here's a colored cartoon I did for a client (nudity) -

Much better! Dont forget to add a shadow under the bus when you color.
