I'm proud to say that even though it's a bit rough around the edges, I finally finished a game. Yay!

Yeah, I've decided to enter with my crapola game. I hope everybody sees it as... a testament to human resolve when facing a deadline... or something. Anyway I'm glad you're entering Nightfable. Now we need to make sure we're not beaten by a cow who had like a 10 year head-start.

Thanks Ponch! I've started yesterday and I'm working hard on it (with my nearly non-existant programming skills).

It will be a silly game about the tale of 'The Billy Goats Gruff' in VGA/EGA/Tandy (16 colors) graphics.

I've just begun getting familiar with AGS.

My problem is, for some reason, the hotspots in the room, including my clickable characters and even GUI button hotspot area are not aligned with the sprites attributed to them (they are all slightly elevated to the left of the screen). I've been scratching my head, trying to figure this out on my own.. but don't know how to word it properly in the search forum options. So I apologize if this is a very noob question to ask.

Has it something to do with the 3-click verbcoin GUI?

I'm sorry to say, the project kind of fell apart. Since then, I am much more experienced with pixel-art painting and animating sprites... so maybe one day, I will resume working my Robots of Dawn remake -- who knows? I'm currently working on a KQ4 remake, which is taking a lot of my time. ^^ Thanks for bringing up the subject, Merlin86.
