Hey, that's pretty cool.  Good job.

Now that you mention it... he does shit when he walks, doesn't he?  I guess I'll have to find the frame that is off and correct it.

Yeah, I've been working on the back leg and the back arm, I'll post it when I finish.

Hmmm... *thinks... imagines.....*

A federal agent driving a rustbucket S-10... that's a funny mental picture. ;)

...What happened to the suave, black Crown Victorias, Impalas, and Lincoln Towncars that the government supplies you with?  Did Bush cut funding to the FBI er something?  ;D

Don't mind me, Lex.  I'm just giving you a hard time.

Okay, here's my modified walkcycle.  If you put this into it's own view in AGS in this exact order, it should look good.  I think the new step I added did a little bit of good, I'm fairly pleased with it.  :)  Just out of curiosity, though... I'd like to see the one you did, Colossal... to see if I had maybe missed something that could make it even better.  Once this is done with, I'll start on the front and back views.

I tried to make it into an animated .gif... but gimp seems like it's got some bugs in it... it was pissin me off, so I said "screw it".

Hmm... my given name, or my nickname?... eh, what the hay...

(my nickname)
Your first name of Sully has given you the vision and foresight to be able to organize others and to hold positions of responsibilities with poise and self-confidence. This name creates an optimistic outlook on life and favourable conditions in your personal affairs. You have the ability to express your thoughts and ideas, and you are friendly, likeable, and generous.

-OR-

(my given name)
Your first name of Salvatore creates a dual nature for you desire to systematize your life to progress step by step, but so frequently, you are taken into new experiences, instability, and change. You are intrigued by a challenge, especially in mechanical and technical fields. Scientific concepts appeal to you. You like activities that require physical effort as well as mental ingenuity. Your questioning, critical, practical nature makes you prove all ideas to your own satisfaction, rarely accepting anyone's word or ideas

...There are a lot of big words in those paragraphs... I don't even understand half of 'em... ;)

Honestly, neither one of them sounds like me...

You are Rowlf.
You are a loner, and love classical music, You can play the piano without opposable thumbs.  Then again, you are just a Muppet.

I guess it's not so bad, considering I thought I was going to end up as Oscar the Grouch... living in a garbage can and what not....

Or even Animal, you know... the spaz with Tourette's syndrome who plays the drums... that kinda sounds like me.

Okey-dokey, I'll give it a try. :)

I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make an actual animated .gif... I don't think I have the software to do that, I can't even save an image in mspaint as a .gif anymore (I don't know why).  I know GIMP has an animating tool of some kind, I'll see if I can use that.

To The Batcave!  Da-da-da-da~Da-da-da-da~~!

Hmm... I've seen this background before... the red X looks familiar... you plagiarized this, didn't you?

Naw, just messin with ya! ;D

Try using the anonymizer, so you can show everyone your background.

For a jpg, I don't think it looks that bad.

Threat rating: extremely low. You may think you can subvert the government, but if you should try you will be smited mightily because God likes us best.

Hmm... it says I'm an atheist...  but I thought an atheist was someone who doesn't beleive in god, but will when you prove to him/her that god exists... that can't be right... ???

Honestly, I prefer to classify myself as an Idon'tgiveadamnocrat.  :P

Thanks for the tip!;)

Hey, thanks! :)  I'm glad you like'em.  I drew 'em all from scratch, pixel by pixel.

Right now, I'm trying to make a walk cycle for the guy in the red shirt, but it really looks terrible.  It's got a 1-2-1-3 pattern, so there are only three different frames.

Yeah, I made the pallete myself, except for the skin tones (those are Farlander's, of course).  Yeah, feel free to use it as you please. ;)

Hmm... as for the eyes... maybe if I replace the white of the eye with a light grey, it won't be so... BANG! ;D

Spam is illeagal already, foo. It was for a long time.

90% of all spam is owned by less than 100 people and they are very rich, so they ar immune to law.

:o... ???... :-[...

That's news to me, when did that happen?  They must have done that on one of those days that I was too drunk to remember. ;)

Boyd is right.

I'm sick of spam.  For every 1 e-mail that I get from a friend or someone I actually WANT to talk to, I get about 300-400 peices of junk mail.  It's frustrating, and spam filters really don't help very much.

Here in the U.S., they just started that "No Call List" for telemarketers.  If your name is on the no call list, then people trying to sell you stuff over the phone can't call and bother you.  If they do, they have to pay a fine of a couple thousand dollars for every phone number.  As much as I was against that (I used to be a telemarketer and I know how hard of a job it really can be at times), I don't see any reason why spam should be any different.

Those flesh tones really worked like a charm. :)  I like how it looks on the guy in the red shirt.  However, the guy with the spikey hair looks better in with grey tones (he's supposed to be evil anyway, so I try to make him look as mean and pale as possible).

Any suggestions?  Any pointers?  Improvements?

Timosity... you, me, and junc: roomies.  Right about now, Australia is sounding pretty good to me.  Warm sunshine, honeys, and a big can of Foster's (blech!).

I went out to get some smokes, my car doors were frozen shut.... so I dumped some hot water on them and then pulled... and pulled... I pulled until that vein in my forehead burst.  Now I have a knot in my bicep and a thrombosed vein poking out of my head.  j/k

I know winter is good, because it kills off all the bugs... but then again, I can identify perfectly with junc... I mean, he literally took the words right out of my mouth.  It's not just the bugs that die... everything dies.  The trees, the plants, and if you go and stand out in this weather in your skiddies, you'll probably die too.  Honestly, I'd rather spray on some skeeter spray and live with the bugs.

I was born in Wisconsin, and I'm 21 now... I still haven't learned to put up with the winter around here.

I tried that pallete out, it works great!  Thanx ;).

My avatar's not scary :(...

Thanks.  I'll give it a try. :)

For the last two days I had been hearing the weather man talk about a snowstorm that was going to cover about one-third of Wisconsin.  Including my county.  This is the first real snow we've had this season.  Then he talked about heavy winds that were going to make the situation much worse.  I figured nothing like that was going to happen, because our weather men have a tendency to be wrong.

Last night at about 10:00 pm, it started raining here.  By midnight, it was snowing, but it melted when it hit the ground.  On my way home from the bar, I saw a couple of my friends who had put their cars in the ditch.  The road had a layer of slush and it was pretty thick stuff.

I woke up today at noon, and looked out the window.  My whole yard is covered in a blanket of dandruff.  I went outside to get the mail, and stepped out the front door into a drift about a foot deep.

I got snow in my tennis shoes, and now my socks are all wet.  I'm getting cabin fever right now... I don't wanna go outside and do anything, but I do wanna go somewhere.  I can't drive right now because the plows still haven't been through.

Which brings me to my point.  I think winter really sucks!  It's not so bad if it's a winter like the one we had the year I was born, or the winter we had when I was 15... green.  No snow, because of that El Nino bullcrap.  I can't wait until I'm 30.

I love summer.  It's warm, the sun is shining.  You can go for a drive, you can go and ride your motorcycle, four-wheeler (or what have you).  You can go swimming.  You can go to a party with your friends.  The only thing you really have to worry about is heavy rain.  If I had the money, and I didn't have anything to worry about here in Wisconsin, I would move south.  Far south, where it never snows (away from the earthquake and hurricane zones).

But winter... It sucks because, you can't drive anywhere without the risk of putting your car in a ditch (especially if you have balding tires on your car).  You can't go outside and do anything, 'cuz it's too damn cold.  Me, personally, I think winter is depressing.  Every time I look out the window, this feeling of dread sweeps over me.

I swear, if I lived any farther north, I would go insane.

Any one else out there get buried in the white stuff, and feel like venting their frustration?  I would actually like to see how many people feel like I do.
