Don't worry, I'm all done!

What happens if by the time a story reaches the last person it is nowhere near a nice closure point?
#523
The funny thing is that after everyone saying how crappy it is, people are still going to see it :P

Which is all the film company cares about in the end anyway I suppose...

Should we write this story as seriously as possible, or is the aim to make it as humurous as possible? Oh yea, and can we maybe have an option of how many words - maybe 150 to 500. (150 just seems like such a little).

Do you support the right of parents to kill their kids?

If their kids are machines, then yes.

This contest gonna end soon? I'm amped for the next one...

Well I guess summer does mean religion then haha... ;)

Another one from the old testament says you shouldn't shave or cut the hair on your temples...
#531
The events in the old testament probably did happen at some stage in time somewhere. Doesn't prove God though.
#532
Could you maybe compress it into .mp3 or .ogg? Sharing uncompressed audio on the interwebz is hardly a good idea...

But if God is not just a watcher and men have free will, doesn't that void the other argument where God acts indirectly to aid us when we pray for things?
Wouldn't that mean God is controlling other people, making them do things in order to present us with the opportunities we pray for... Which would mean men don't have free will.
#534
Well, hate to break it to you guys... but I am actually God. You can worship me if you want, but frankly I'd just prefer 10 bucks in the mail.

Jesus says hey, and to chill out on all the asking for forgiveness stuff. Anyway it's been long since I last spoke to humanity so, er... I'll just proclaim every Tuesday free ice-cream day.

Not entirely sure if it's different where you're from, but in all my years of cellphone internetting I've never had to update my internets settings.

Does that really mean you were a heavy christian? That's exaclty what I was talking about.
There's a huge difference between faith and belief - and being into church and being "involved".

Haha I used to be so delusional I believed if I prayed hard enough God would actually move a mountain for me. I never tried it because I thought God wouldn't do it unless I had a really good reason :P

The Mitchell and Webb Look :D
#538
Good point!

Maybe God should have given us a disclaimer in the first few pages... ;)

I used to be a heavy christian Miguel. I was really into the church and involved with about everything I could be... Until, well, I'll just say I "saw the light". Now I'm an atheist to the core :)

But I'm interested to hear your point of view on what God's plan for us. The topic of religion has always fascinated me and I like engaging in discussions with christians to hear what makes them believe - To find out exactly why they are convinced there is a God.
