Ponch, using PMs for this with a 6 per hour limit was a bad idea :p

Truly. There has to be an easier way to do this than that. Do you have a better suggestion?

I wonder if Tzachs could set up a small, private forum for the baker's dozen over at Parking Goat where we can hash this sort of stuff out more efficiently? He's one of the bakers and he has his own forums. That might be the solution to our problem.

I can never show my face in public again!  :-[

That's rather fitting for your current avatar image  :P

What? Hey! I'm trick or treating, baby! Why limit it to just one night when you can go beg for candy (and not have to comb your hair) for the entire month of October? I'm a visionary!

What a twist! It's like M. Night Shymalanaananana: The Game!

BUT we are wearing leather pants.

That's right! We are! That means we're STILL cool. Hooray! The day is saved! \o/

Oh noes! Now everyone can see that the bake sale isn't a flawless, inspiring, awesome organization! We're going to lose our cachet of cool. People will no longer look up to us as the titans of fashion and industry that we ought to be.  ;)

You say! BTW, does an answer to a PM with multiple recepients go BACK to all recepients, too? I think I'm screwing up here.

You think that's embarrassing? Try hitting the "enter" key instead of the "shift" key while trying to put that capital T in "Tier" and the next thing you know, you've sent a PM to only half the people you meant to and now you have to wait an entire hour to send it to the rest!

I know that showing a very, very basic prototype concocted in 4 hours isn't much to base a judgement on, but should I continue working on this in the hopes of getting it in the bake sale?

Hell yes, you should! I'll be personally offended if this game isn't in the bake sale!  :D

If you have any questions, either post them here or PM Ben304 or myself. I'm already looking forward to blasting the hell out of the other letters of the alphabet.

I wish more than anything (well, almost anything) that I could take part in this!  I might still take a stab at something tiny just to contribute!  Considering my last (and only) game was released in 2004!

I was getting used to those leather pants...

Suit up, Darth! You have more than enough time to make a small one or two room game and still rule the Games In Progress forum with an iron fist! Put those leather pants on, Darth!

Hell, I still haven't taken mine off. That will be my Christmas gift to myself (and Kim) -- finally taking off these stinky pants once the bake sale is successfully behind us. But not one moment sooner!  8)

We have our second sticky!

Thanks, Darth!  ;D

Also, the AGS Blog has taken notice of us!

Thanks Dualnames! You're a great guy, no matter what terrible things Darth says about you.  ;)

Very cool looking game, Baron! I'll let you know when to stop making it so awesome!  ;)

It happens that I'll be out of town over Christmas (in London actually - meetup anyone?) but I am definitely ready and waiting for this! :D

Well you're in luck, my good man. As Ben304 has been PMing me about all day, apparently we live in a world of wonders filled with skypes, twitters, and other such amazing whatnots. I've been told that thanks to this fabulous world of tomorrow, you can order your baked goods from anywhere in the world and they'll arrive fresh and hot from our ovens to your door! Apparently it involves shoving them through a series of tubes or something. I'm not very clear on it myself, but Ben assures me that this sort of thing will be all the rage soon. Who knows, some day soon I might even give up sending messages via the telegraph and get with the skype-o-grams that he keeps going on about!  :)

Thanks, guys!

We're all working hard to make this bake sale a big success. If you think you might be able to cobble a game together in the time allotted, feel free to join us. We need the support of all the people-shaped things we can get!  :)
#3554
Come on, guys. Who wants to join me in a group hug?  :-*

Annie Android hatte zwei Farben (allerdings hatte jede noch ein paar Schattierungen)- Orange und Blau.

Hmmm. Let me take a pass at this...

"Annie Android's hat swiped for Ben (allergies [to the] hat Jed [Clampett?] nocked on par [with] Jager Meister) - Orange and [Summer] Glau (which are the new flavors of Jager, I'm assuming)."

How'd I do?  :=

Edit for Ghost: I was just kidding around. Based on no evidence whatsoever, I just assumed my German was flawless and wanted to flaunt my obvious mastery of languages. ;)

Can't... resist... Atari... memories... flooding back.... Watching... Jason of Star Command... and then... playing Defender... Count Chocula... I can... practically taste it...

Ponch, stop checking the forums every five minutes like me and work on your game!

Don't tell me what to do! You're not the boss of me! ;)

Besides, my game is 55% complete. How far along are you?  8)

An awful lot of barns around lately, isn't there?

Hmmm... Now that you mention it... It does seems suspicious... and a little sinister. It raises questions, now that I've had a little time to think about it.

How does this tie into Apple Farm? Is it a prequel? A sequel? A sidequel?

While I was playing Apple Farm, was this person trapped inside the entire time? Or is this the fate of our stalwart hero immediately following Apple Farm? Were we trespassing? Is this our punishment for picking all those delicious apples? How long are we in here for? And what will happen to us if we don't escape?!?  :o

Damn, Cat, this game is creepy as hell. I had no idea you were making a Halloween game!  :=
