Sorrily I had to quit in a very early state of the game, but the long way in the underground is simply not my cup of tea.

If you dislike the arcade sequences, then just click the "Setup" button on the GUI at the top of the screen and switch "Arcade Mode" to "off". The game will skip all the arcades and mazes, leaving you only the adventure game stuff to play. You can do this at any point in the game and you don't have to start a new game. Just go back to a saved point prior to the arcade and pick up from there with the arcades off.

And thanks for the link to the robot group shot. I wished that had been around when I started this series. Until now, I've had to plumb the depths of my video collection to find robots to use in the games.

Anyhoo, I hope you'll switch the arcades off and give the game another spin.

And don't forget Flukeblake. He was my favorite. He actually turned out to be a good forum member once he got a little older and settled down a bit. It's why I hold out hope for Icey.

Indeed. Was it too easy?

No. It was just pure luck that I watched that old movie about two weeks ago. Otherwise I never, ever would have guessed it from that one screen shot.  

Speaking of old VHS tapes I dug from my closet, I present my next clue(s). Please excuse the crappy quality. The movie is fairly old and was never released on DVD (but it was available on laser disc!)







You'll notice that the astronauts have guns... on the moon! (<-- That's a clue, by the way  )
