Write what I know, eh? Well, what I know is how to miss deadlines!

Alas, I had a story I was trying to put together about me as a conspiracy loon trying to unravel the mysteries of the universe by searching for hidden kernels of truth in the Blue Cup Tools Podcast. I wanted to go for that extra layer of verisimilitude by referencing quotes from actual episodes to take out of context and use to for comedic effect. Sadly, my reach exceeded my grasp and it took way too long to mine all the quotes from the episodes.

Oh well, it was a good idea. I just waited too long to try to put all the pieces together.

Anyhoo, congrats to those who actually managed to finish their stories.

Hmmm. Robert Englund... Low production values... I'm going into the deep, dusty corners of my youth... Is that Strangelands?

I waited as long as I could to nominate, so I could play as many games as possible.

Sad to say, I didn't even make a little dent in the games list.

Same here. I always feel a little guilty about it because I just wind up nominating the games I liked / remembered while loads more went unplayed.

It's cool watching your art style evolve over time.

Also, I don't care for steampunk, but here's a game with that setting that I enjoyed: Clockwork Tales.

Flophouse Hijinks, winner of OROW and a gaming experience worth twice what you paid for it!
The game is a dazzling showcase of laziness, tight deadlines, and unexpected bear attacks.
We put literal days worth of effort into it (and by "we" I mean Mite and Kconan).
Plus Mite was dealing with constant bear attacks at his remote, tar paper shack (really!)
In fact, it's a damn wonder this game was ever finished at all, and that deserves recognition!
