It's been awhile since I played this, and it's not on my computer anymore so....  If I remember right, I had this problem too.  I had to slow down the game speed a little bit to give myself enough time.  Basically, as soon as you dive, grab the top, and then switch to the walk icon adn quickly click on the surface of the water.  See if that helps.

Cool game!  I just finished it, and it was really fun.  I was a little lost, because I haven't yet seen the movie, so I didn't really understand some of it.  I do plan on watching the movie though. :-)

Do you mind if I make a few suggestions?  I don't want to step on any toes.  Lord knows I would never be creative enough to write a game, so I suppose I'm not one to suggest anything... but here goes anyway.... First off, maybe include a read me file with little blurb about the plot, for people that haven't seen the movie.   Explain what the Dose is, and clerics and things like that.

There was one thing that was REALLY annoying for me.  Now, it may have just been my slow computer (see I played it at work, because I'm a slacker...  and the computers they give us here are pieces of CRAP)  but anyway...  Rosemary walked really slow.  It took forever to go from screen to screen, so especially on the parts of the game where you had to go from the underground to the resistance building and back again... oh my god, I was ready to rip my hair out!  And that's partly because I have no patience.  So maybe when you do the sequel (which I am anxiously awaiting by the way. :-) ) you could have a map screen to go directly to another location, instead of having to go from screen to screen.  Either that, or make it so we don't have to go so far between locations, or not have to go back to a far away location.   And like I said, it may have just been my piece of crap computer. :-)

Anyway, great game.  I hope I didn't make anybody mad with my comments.   I really admire those of you who make these games, because I certaintly couldn't do it!

It seems no one wants to respond to us in the technical forum.  I've emailed Socko Entertainment, so maybe they will be able to help.  If anyone has any other ideas, I would love to hear them!!

I tried putting the game speed and walk speed at the slowest possible setting, and it still didn't work.

Thanks for trying, but that didn't work either.  The darn thing just keeps repeating the same three songs over and over.  

For me, it just keeps looping the same dialogue over and over, with the hourglass for my cursor, and I am unable to do anything at all.

I also am having this problem, and no one seems to want to respond to my post.  Did you ever figure out how to get past this?

Hi.  I'm stuck in The Adventures of Fatman.  When I walk in to the Punk Club, it just does a continuos loop of dialogue.  I can't get it to stop... PLEASE HELP!!!  This game is so rad!
