hey. my pc teacher has given us a project to make a game within two weeks, obviously i can't complete my big game project by then, but instead i am making a small game where you use tangrams. i am pretty good at tangrams and find them really fun, but if there is anyone who is really good at tangrams and could give me a few ideas or any help at all really ( we are allowed help from pretty much anyone, which was only the fair thing to do seeing as about half the class have never even tried making a game ) then give me a pm when you can.

i have heard of SDV and as Rui said, it is a little iffy. I have never used it myself but friends have said its pretty shit.

wow, good post Andail. this really got me thinking. a lot of kids my age would want nothing more than to be older, but at about 30-something people wish they could turn back time.This story is portrayed excellently in the video clip for Good Charlotte's song, The Chronicles Of Life and Death. Like Zooty and Chrille said, in 20 years will i still be doing the stuff that i do now? In 20 years time will i still be able to wolf down an entire pizza slice in 2 bites? Will i still be able to rip on a boorie at Bondi Beach? Will i still be able to feel a thrill when i egg houses, or tell an authority figure (teacher etc) to get bent? Maybe, maybe not.

perhaps you don't remember the flame wars i started during the 'whyistheagelimitsetdammit' incident, where a typo led me to my alter ego, FlueBukkake. Anyhoo, you said you didn't intend to reply, you thought you would let this one sink into oblivion....why?

If you live in Australia (yes, i am well aware that only a few members of ags do), you would've got your reports back ( of course, you have to be at school ). Anyway, the point is i thought i would go really really shit and i went reasonably well. Only a few 'Needs Improvement' and only one 'Poor'. Anyway, has this ever happened to you? Have you ever thought a test or something would turn out deadset terrible and ends up pretty decent? Just a thought...

On gameplay only, GTA 1 and 2 easily was more fun then San Andreas. Also, one of you said that GTA can turn someone into a 'ganstarappin gta lover'. Partly True. It's like Futurama, with the Brain Spawn. The 'stupid' effect works on everyone except Fry, as he lacks a delta brain wave. Well, for gta, of course more people are immune to gta's "effects". But, like an old friend of mine, some are not. Now, whenever i ask him what he is doing while i talk to him on MSN, all he says is 'playin san andreas'.
Let's hope that Rockstar Games can work on a GTA series that has more civilised- mafia style violence and style.

i am at my friends house, who also uses ags, and  obviously i can't work on my game, so we are making a game together. we both like futurama so we are making a quick futurama trivia game. anyhoo, we found a site with four futurama fonts, they're really cool. check em' out here

Well, in MS Flight Sim 2001, to prevent anger over the 9/11 incident, when you crashed, rather than show your plane go up in flames, it just had a small message saying you had crashed. And events like 9/11 have not only sparked war games with a similar plot, but comedy games. If you have ever played America's Ten Most Wanted you know what i mean.

Hmmm... i heard that Fast and Furious 3 was going to be titled
3x Faster, 3x more Furious.
And after your post about The Simpsons movie you add a  . I am guessing you dislike the simpsons. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

the one where Wallace falls in love with that girl who turns out to be a criminal,
