Wow thanks alot GarageGothic! I looked in the manual for everything, but I didn't even see SetFadeColor. Ill try it out.

EDIT: Perfect! Thanks alot Garage! I also have to say thanks to Nihilyst for helping as well.  :)

Yes, thanks Nihilyst. Just one more question. It only seems to tint the screen with a hint of white, which doesn't really add to the effect. Is there another way that I don't see or is it not possible?
#643
I want to do a special effect, to make the screen tint to white, but gradually start from normal, then slowly tint to white. I tried to put this under dialog_request (b/c it goes with a dialog)

function dialog_request (int xvalue) {
Ã,  if (x == 1){
Ã,  int x = TintScreen(0,0,0);
Ã,  StopDialog();
Ã,  while (x < 100){
Ã,  x++;
Ã,  wait(1);
Ã,  }
FadeOut(1);
Wait(30);
cEgo.ChangeRoom(1);
}

Obviously this doesn't work, because you can't convert a void to an int. Is there a work-around to this?

Nice one man! I love that show!  :D

I was just pointing Wacky towards the right direction. Maybe a module should be made for quick imported options.

Graphically, I loved Splinter Cell. But the game progresses way too slowly, and even more slowly when your stuck on a mission b/c you can'tÃ,  kill 5 people who have some smallpox virus (SC2 ahem)...

MGS is just too much better than SC.

Just make another GUI, with all the options on it, and on the other GUI, the one w/ the button, just add some code for the button, something like this:

if (button == BUTTON#){
gIconGUI.Visible = false;
gOptionsGUI.Visible = true;
}

BUTTON# meaning the actual button number of the GUI object.

r4l, how did you find the roof?

After you do this:

Spoiler
After you use the cork on the wash basin, then turn the tap on. Look at the water and you'll see that it reveals one lone tile. Look/Use it then look at the bricks. Open the brick and get the messages. By now, you should have two pieces of broken paper. Put them together and look at the final paper it makes. It shows the box switches for Carl. Input the same exact format into the box, and the arrow by the exit should change and point up. Now move your mouse to the top, but don't activate the top bar. Look at the roof.

Pedro, I tried to use to axe, but it doesn't do anything. I clicked on the roof hotspot and it did nothing. I went to the roof screen and still the axe did nothing. I tried using it with both characters but still nothing.

It does suck that prices for the damn things are so high, but that is why you have to wait awhile for a price drop. When the PS3 comes out, i can guarantee the 360 will drop in price, just to keep the competitive edge in sales.

Even when the prices do drop, do you think a ps3 will still be affordable? Do you think it will really matter that much? The price of a high def TV won't be going down anytime soon, and that money that you "save" will go towards $60 games and other peripherals. I know that these consoles must be expensive in order to make more money, but $600 for a console is a bit harsh, considering the fact of buying add-ons and such.
