I was going to make a joke about

QuoteI don't see how the game could be any good, unless they have the original writers writing it

but it's sort of pointless after Vince's post.

I think (hope) the Dems won't let Hillary run.

I think it means you like games that are fun, not games that make you feel superior.

It's obviously a reference to the recent bullshit about a Tim Burton Grim Fandango movie.

Quote from: Toefur on Mon 24/07/2006 12:55:12Hehe, I was going to suggest Conflict: Middle East. I can't believe somebody else has actually played that game.

I play it all the time. It's awesome. We must spread the word about Conflict.

Hey, if four blockbuster movies can be centered around a phallic creature, it can't be a bad idea...

After watching Dead Man's Chest, I'm not sure you can argue there weren't ANY Monkey Island influences. Less than some people like to think, maybe, but they certainly were there...

As for the original topic, as has been stated, it's not going to happen.

QuoteAnd I especially loved the way he broke out of the prison. You just sit there wondering "Why the hell are we looking at a coffin?" the bird starts pecking at it, you think "Oh, that's kind of screwed up." and then you hear a bang and Jack breaks open the coffin. The morbid humor was great.

I thought it was very obvious what was about to happen?

The "An undead monkey!" bit was good though. As was "I happen to have no dress in my cabin..."

Anyone else notice Norrington looks exactly like Guybrush in MI2?

The beginning is slow, Barbossa's reveal is terrible, and it's not even close to being as clever as the first, but it's a decent movie. Gotta love Bill Nighy.

The point isn't that a game has to have a dialogue, but that if a game has dialogue it should match the quality of the rest of the game.

If it's based on the lion fish, do the spines still inject you with deadly poison if you get too close?

It took you until Bloodrayne to figure out Boll was shit? Are you slow or something? :P

The problem is that Diesel is a big video game fan in general and particularly of Hitman. The film is basically his doing to my understanding. Yeah, it's going to suck.

Aliens is not debatebly sci-fi? (And isn't Aliens action and Alien horror, anyway?) :P
