I think you can guess where I'm heading.

I was starting to think that, too, but mostly because Mandle keeps referring to the betrayer as him/her/it, and I wouldn't put it past him to have sneakily given us the answer all along.

So the betrayer hasn't figured it out yet, then? Not that it helps me, I still don't have a clue!

Here's one more question in the meantime:

Does the betrayer act nice towards their victims before turning nasty?

Is the betrayer humanoid?
Can the betrayer be harmed with ordinary weapons (knives, guns, etc.)
Can the betrayer only be killed in a certain way?

Is the betrayer being controlled by someone (or something) else?
Does the betrayer use a secret identity?
