I suppose that, when that one file disappears, you can start over almost the whole thing... :

At one moment, I wanted to open my file and it was not there anymore....
Since I didn't know what it was for, I tried to put another one, that one from the demo game, in it. And now I know what that ac2game.DTA file is for... And I have a swarm invasion of files.001, .002 etc in my compiled folder that are always popping up from nowhere. It's a whole mess I don't really understand....
...but I feel this ain't good 8)
Lol, and don't tell me about the backup_ac2game.DAT I just discovered too late, since I saved the game with the .DTA file from the demo...of course... and my recycle bin is empty, of course (for if I had just deleted with a distracted move without seeing it.)
oh well... That's what we call making experience points, heh?
