I like it. I would just like to comment the clouds. i know clouds are supposed to be white, but that's not so good concidering it's a  cartoony style. It would be better if you added some more white-gray lines and little fluffy stuff  .

But overall it's a good picture.

You needto be very precise with the position. Maybe you are too close to the ledge. I think I know which ledge are you talking about. You need to(probably, I know that's what I did) either move coser or farther away from the ledge. btw, you're saying you can't pull up? Then just go down and back up. If the problem still persists, just restart the game, it's not like you've done anything big(yet).

About the image, you're right. The vest I drew acctually didn't look natural. Yours is way better. You could change the torso position. Currently it points to the player which is good, but it would be more natural if you moved where the torso is pointing. Here, look at this pic:

See where his torso is pointing? Now look at your image:

You see what I'm saying? Adjust that and I think it'll be perfect.
