Oooo!  How exciting to be able to play it now that there's an English version!  This game looks so great, I can't wait!!

I like them both...I can see BarbWire's point about having a lot of character with low-res, but the high-res is really nice too.  I say stay with whichever form you wish to create, because it's going to be amazing to see & experience either way.

Just finished the game!  It's really a great game, I enjoyed the heck out of it.  Here's a few of my thoughts:

1.  I didn't get the Geoff/church bug, so I'm wondering if I either wasn't paying attention, or if it's even occurring across the board for everyone.

2.  I'm happy to know that you'll be adding the save/load (etc.) instructions to the game as well.  I knew how to trigger them, but only because I happened to read the "readme", and like you said, many people don't usually do that.  The walk speed increase button (+) is much appreciated too because without it, I felt like the character moves across the screen way too slowly.  (Not a big deal at all, just something I noticed.)

3.  The gameplay was a lot of fun for me.  I liked the narrator's sense of humor, and although there's not a unique response for EVERYTHING you try to do in the game (which I'm sure would take forever to write and code), there are some pretty funny lines that cracked me up.  The sense of humor and comedic timing in this game in general was really good, imo.  Even Geoff eventually had some pretty good one-liners and grew on me.  He was obviously meant to conjure up Keith vibes from Police Quest, which was fun as well.

4.  The graphics (as in the first chapter) are really nice...a little pixel-hunting but not too bad.  Nothing obscure or that the player can't handle anyway.  The puzzles were fair I think--I had to get a few hints but I seem to ALWAYS need hints, so if I can get through a game without needing a complete walkthrough, that's a win for me.  ;)

I feel like I might know where Chapter 3 is headed...and I'm really excited to see what happens once it's released!  Congrats on a great game and thank you for making it!

Yeah, I'm not sure about that Shadow.  If what Ian says doesn't work, I'll try going back to an earlier save game and replay it to see if I can help you...

Well, now:

Spoiler
I'm stuck trying to figure out how to get an ice pop for the bum.  I have the change, but I don't have a way to bribe or blackmail the shop owner to sell it to me.  I thought maybe I could threaten to expose him for his un-fresh sandwiches, or maybe the "Saving Ryan's Privates" DVD, but I guess not.  Help please!

Thanks in advance.

Yes,

Spoiler
so you've already obviously looked more closely at the "Busty Ladies" magazine, and got the copy of Caravan from inside of it.  So now go to the supply closet where Geoff is reading "Hi" magazine, and swap with him.  (If you try to give him "Busty Ladies" like I did just for fun, he is AGHAST that you'd offer it to him, lol.)  The magazine Geoff gives you is the one to give to June.

You might be farther than me, Shadow--I tend to need help in a game earlier than most--but I just posted in the hint section right now.

Hints & Tips / Broken Windows - Chapter 2

here's where I'm stuck:

Spoiler
I have just given June the magazine, and gotten her to check the copier.  Now she says it needs some kind of spark plug...I've wandered around in search of supplies or someone to ask, but to no avail.  Help please!

Feel free to be as spoiler-y as possible.  I don't mind.  :)

I just started playing it about an hour ago, I really like it!  Dang that grumpy June though, she’s no fun.  Lol!  I recently completed the first chapter and really enjoyed it as well...

I’m stuck already, so I’ll most likely be posting a question or two in the hints & tips section shortly.

One thing I did notice was that if you exit the building (into the parking lot), once you go back inside the initial cutscene replays all over again.  Just fyi...

@Cassiebsg,  I tried copy/paste into notepad...same issue.  Dang  :(  :(  Thanks for the suggestion though...

I used Microsoft Edge too, and even if I copy only a little bit of the text, it immediately changes the words to the above mentioned characters.  Such a bummer...I really like this game but I can't translate it without typing each individual word by hand into a translator.  :/

Well I, for one, love the MM game(s), and although I'm still in the middle of playing this one, I wanted to say that I got a kick out of the toilet paper reference.  Not as in "haha, it's amusing that this is going on"--as a nurse myself, I feel quite the opposite--but just as a little comic relief in such crazy, terrible, and uncertain times.  And yes--it will be great if it's a little-known reference soon, for certain.

And I know you don't really like translating your games (I'm sure it can be tedious), but I appreciate that you did with this one so I (and many others I'm sure) could play it.  I'm really enjoying it so far.  :)

There are no words to describe how excited I am to see & play this game.  I’m playing Metaphobia for the second time as we speak, in fact.  You make really amazing games.  Anything retro-90’s inspired is right up my alley too!

Looking forward to seeing any updates too...love the trailer!  Very mysterious.

You can't go wrong with a LucasArts-esque game, ever!  So excited to see & play once it's completed!!!

Yep, I've tried that...
Spoiler
She just talks about Harry Potter, and I've gotten everything from her possible, as well as given her anything it'd let me.  What is she supposed to do for me after that, pertaining to the body exhumation?

Spoiler
I can't figure out how to get permission to exhume the right body.  I've got “Roger Roger” standing by, but no excuse I give the police officer grants me permission.  Now what?

Already stuck...I feel like an idiot, but:

Spoiler
I'm still in the dang cemetery.  Picked up everything possible, and the only thing I've been able to do is pop the balloon.  I'm obviously missing something to pick up the map.  Thought it had to do with the sticky sap, but apparently not?
