Hello everyone. I am re-designing the Maniac Zombies website (Maniac Mansion/Day of the Tentacle fansite) and am turning to php for its benefits. I have a mock-up site of how it will look, and I found a tutorial on how to imbed the php news of wordpress into the site, which is one problem I'm having, but I can't seem to have a vertical scrolling box for the news section.

Here's the mock up to get a better idea of what I'm saying.

Yes, I know the comic viewer is overlapping. i'm going to recreate that bit and have it fit better.

So basically, is there a way to have just that small news box be scrollable and able to be updated easily. I once considered having a flash document that would be loaded into the window, but that wouldn't be that easy to update, plus adding hyperlinks and such wouldn't be easy either.

There was a rumor, which was found to be started by one kid. He started websites to claim that "Tim Burton was considering a movie based on Grim Fandango" and then went around the web and asked "if these sites he 'found' were true".

He was made the fool when people tracked down information on the sites and it led to the same guy.

So, anyways, Tim has found out about the rumor, and turned it right around saying he was working on a game adaptation of a Tim Burton movie.

You know, I do read your posts as if you are fairly mature. You do seem to act like it and you do tend to write out your posts well, and then your last line of every post blows it all away. I can't tell if it's baby-speak or some reference to something that at least, I don't know.

What some people do when needing to get a whole team assembled, such as in your case, is make a "skeleton game". This is a bare bones game, with outlined graphics and many images that will be replaced later. Then use this to demo out your game. When people see that you have great ideas in place, then they will be much more willing to come join your game.

The reward and gratification for just doing that, will be great for yourself.

I alt tabbed out of the game as soon as I could.

OH man. I literally have tears in my eyes from laughing at hearing "Walken" as the Ranger. Nice touch. Its fun to hear you do the voice at Mittens and such, but it fits really well in the game.

I can't wait to hear my job as Ranger Rick. Hope it came out well. btw, I'm Scott in the credits.

As a host/watier, I highly doubt that any hostess would fall for that one when they are taking names for a waitlist. If they do, then you need to eat at places that don't hire brain-dead employees.

The hairy chest, nipples and what seems to be male genitals lead me to believe it is a half man-half fish.

I would also suggest you try your best to fix the same arm/leg movement... although this does have its own charm to it.

Not only did I post about them back when... I filmed the whole play. I take full credit for the production of a play I had nothing to do with its creation, production or anything else other than filming it. well, I subtitled it....

But I did at first think that Magnitz was bringing up about the play in his thread, but his was a cool new one to me about a band playing a couple songs. Nice find.

Did you make a cruddy scan with another page layering over your own write up just because at the bottom of the page it says "Essential Mods"? 

Go to Kinko's or your local printing store. Then put the final copy up on your wall or shelf, like my shelf of LucasArts gaming glory as I like to call it. With all kinds of gaming knickknacks and of course games from LucasArts over the years. And nobody even think about coming over and stealing it, because I have two turrets on defense as well as a security cat that may or may not have been declawed.
