I merged both the topics, so if this thread up till now doesnt make sense and jumps around, thats why.

You are going to have to post your global script, cause Im pretty sure you missed cut/copy/move of a certain part of your script.
#3043
Does your talking view match with what the labels in the view work with?  One says down (facing downward), and so on with the other three sides.   When you talk to someone, they should just use the talking view in which they are in the direction of.  You may need to do the face character before the talking begins...
#3044
are you sure you copied all the correct global scripts to the right places?

Some people say I can resemble Jeff Gordon, racing champion, but I'm too tired to root around the net for a good shot to work with my shot from the post your pic here... maybe later.

I would be for this.  I would assume that Igor would be on board with this as well.

Silly Sasha, you wrote that the oldies have established themselves with the help of games.  Half the olbies here havent made games....  ;D

A Random timer will be needed, and if statements to see if the object has been turned on (meaning up) and if the person has interacted with it and as its up in the air, it should have a counter, so that after several game seconds, it goes back down if it can.

Then add a counter for how many have been whacked with a 'add to counter' within the if statement.

And the coding for smacking Max with the mallet just for fun is easy enough.

And next time, could you post a more descriptive subject title please cause, we don't know if you are on fire, or have a severe case of the 'happies'

There is also the Display Speech at Y, check that out in the manual, too.  I'm away from my computer and away from the manual, so I cant give a better description of it.

Can you change the idle animation to be the talking view, at least, just in this occurance?

And I agree with the idea that you can change the X and Y, as long as the char is not moving. (How I remember hearing it)

1.  Like saving a copy to a pre-determined folder, and then we can set the intervenes that it saves automatically?  Would that be good?

Yes, add the bump with shakescreen.

The wall still seems a little flat.  I would add a shaded border around the windows and the door frame to start...
