Edit* Sorry, I didnt read that.  I've seen text before, so I didnt read that.  I havent seen these great art pieces, so I looked at that and overlooked the text.  

At least the MI 1 gui needs to edited to take off the text over button. such as "new button" or "talk to" cause it overwrites the button text.

Id use the first one for normal walking around.  Then the one thats more detailed, in more close up shots.  They did this in Monkey Island 2.  There was one dock scene where Guybrush all of the sudden turned into very detailed.

What do you mean, "No one gets hurt."   ?    The game makers who make their living on making games would get hurt, as well as the company.  Lesser sales because people are stealing the games will make the company not feel like there is a need to make more since no one bought the game (whether or not they know they are being pirated is not the issue)  Without the revenue coming in, they wouldnt need so many writers, designers, artists and such and people are let go.

You are right.... its just the name we give the gui cause its the same way.  it works just like the original scumm games were programmed... well, at least the second version of how scumm games were programmed.

Some of the old LucasArts/LucasFilm games can be tinkered with by putting in the debug mode.... Yeah!  Just like us.

You guys keep mentioning Matt Groening and his writers..... He left the show really, a couple seasons ago... yeah, they are his creations, but he went on to do futurama... a much better show, especially compared to the most recent series of The Simpsons..... they need back the orignial writers like Conan O'Brian and such...

Family Guy is an A+ show as well.
