I must say that this has been a fantastic sprite jam. congrats to all the entries... seriously.

I really like it. Other than my words to say to move the eyes slightly closer to each other, I'd say its perfect and I say good luck to animating the guy.

I forgot about this comp... Here's the one I'm currently working on.

I'll try and clean it up and make it more finished before any voting happens.

The signs read: "Cootie Cleansing 25 cents" and "Giving Susie Free Samples"

you can make more, but decide before the end which one is your official entry.
And don't double post. waiting 13 minutes and then posting again is not okay. read the forum rules. People just dont sit on the forums waiting for one more post to read, 24 hours a day, okay! Just chill, and we'll get to your post.... like I just did.

I'm with SSH for pushing the script modules into completion.

Shes a total babe. :=

Erm.. well. I do like the hair down, and agree on dropping the hat... but then again, there should be something that identifies with her. Maybe not.

The white shirt, I think, works just fine.

She has gotten cuter. What did you do?Ã,  ;)

knar, my fault. I didn't really understand your post completely. and the artwork was very similar, in my opinion to that game, not to mention the name, so please, if you dont mind, send me a private message with any art and story information you are willing to share, as I may update my fan games page on Maniac Zombies.

Its beautiful. Nice paintover. The only thing I see that needs change is the black line on the bed. Either make it a light pink, as the color you used on the end of the bed, or just eliminate it. But also make the yellow trim of the blanket meet.

Well, again, LucasFan did not get the C and D letter.

I hadn't been to the MM3 site in awhile, so thanks for the new shots. I'll check out the site once again.

I want to get the demos again for those ClickTeam products, so I can reload my really old "games" and see how crappy they were and have a good laugh.

That's bizarre. Just a few days ago it was working fine.

Well, if you are interested, its the fourth one down on this page:

I have some pictures up on there if you're interested.

General Discussion / Re: Mistakes
Sun 09/10/2005 21:24:45
I will say that I do like moviemistakes.com.   I can learn a bit while reading them, for I really do like making movies, and it can help me look for common mistakes in movie making.

There are many errors in the Dumb and Dumber movie, but that doesn't stop me from loving that movie till the day I die.

One thing I do hate about moviemistakes, is that some are actually not mistakes, but theyre posted there. I don't feel like registering there, but it erks me when people rant about some 'mistake' and its not really one.

Wow.. it costs 10 bucks to register there. I think not. I wouldn't mind being able to share my look on the scenes, such as when
Spoiler

lloyd grabs the bartender with one hand, and then when the shot changes, its a different hand
[close]
which is a solid mistake, but then when they complain about
Spoiler
that the bartender gives lloyd another beer, the error reporters didnt notice the bartender take one away..
[close]

and now that ive gone through the moviemistake page on Dumb and Dumber, that error isn't there anymore. And I do see that some are edited by 'moderators' to detract the error.

Overall, I do like the page, and listening to mistakes, in general, but I suppose there are some movies that I don't want to hear about mistakes, like, maybe Jurassic Park, but then again, I can just pick up on some mistakes by myself, so, if I guess, if you don't want to know about them, stay in the dark. But for an aspiring director, I say bring 'em on.

All I will say is that Aussie is not correct as it not being a strategic move by LucasFan... Shhh
#576
You'll need to be a bit more clear. And tell us what version you are using, please. ( Which 2.7)
#577
Yeah, the creator sent me the info about it quite awhile back, and I highlighted it as one of my Maniac Zombies news features, but sadly, the guy has not had an update in quite a long while... Things must have taken over his life, but this was possibly a very cool idea. I really wanted to play it.

Beats of Rage is a game modeled after Streets of Rage, but was released open source so that anyone could make their own side-scrolling fighter, and this guy went and was trying very hard, for a time to make a DOTT conversion.

Seems that LucasFan has gotten a nice letter in the email today...

It seems really early for all these april fools jokes.
#579
LucasFan, did you get a cease and decist letter?  Well, they are making another Indy game, and what we've seen with them, is that they cancel all fan games when current IP's are being used. Like with Fate/MI when EMI was coming about...

Im about to get the season one dvds from blockbuster, but can anyone tell me when the movie fits in the timeline, or if it does at all?

I REALLY enjoyed the movie. I had high hopes and was very much happy when it was all done with. I really hope my 10 bucks helps get me another two movies. I want to see more from the cast, and luckily, I have a whole season to watch.
