First I was going to mention that "phenomenon" was only for the unexplainable, but it seems it can just be another word for 'occurance, or observable action' so I suppose it works.

I didnt want to read the other serenity thread because i didnt want spoliers until after i see the movie tomorrow.Ã,  i cant believe it only made 10 million last week. I thought it was going to do killer.Ã,  I really hope they are able to get the three movies done.

And I definitly saw the Maniac Mansion 1 inspiration, but I do have to agree, with this color scheme, and multiple lines, it does seem to look more like concept art. But it's looking nice!

Heh, no problem. It was a lot of fun, and I was just lucky enough to live close enough to be able to go see the play in person. But I knew it was too big for the Monkey Island community to miss out on, so of course I brought my video camera.

And getting the nice comments makes it all worth it.

Well, I wouldn't upgrade unless there were additions to the engine that you really want. I believe you are using the first version that is still within the list of engines that can be successfully upgraded to the latest version without any forsee-able problems.

I would say that before you go any further, you do need to correct the perspective on the room. Most importantly the bottom window line, but really, make all the diagonal lines flow to one point.

Then you can worry about adding furniture, etc.

That is, unless you don't want to have totally correct perspective...

I felt that "The Family Man" was well performed, but I do agree with Ashen that he does seem to be unable to act above himself, in a sense. I really don't mind him, and I totally loved everything about National Treasure, and I sincerly hope that they do great justice in the sequel.

to give some understanding to my 'personal decorator' bit, i was kinda quoting "men in black" but i was talking about toning down the color of the big dresser... but hey, I like the whole image.

Probably my last crit, is that the bedside table seems to not follow the perspective correctly. The [our] left side seems to follow its own distant perspective, but I would have it go to the left until you couldnt see it anymore behind the big dresser.

I hope that is not her stance when she is not walking. She seems more like shes about to do a ballet move, not relax into her own posture. I'm not trying to be mean, so please don't take it that way. Also, the green coming through her hair is very strong, I would rethink that.
