I haven't mentioned it here, yet, but I have videotaped, edited, subtitled, and uploaded "The Monkey Island Play" to the net, recently. Every fan of the series really should get the two available segments (I suggest the large subtitled version). Of the total nine episodes, two are currently available, and they are coming out every weekend.

well, i said that if it is full size, the small wings would seem very cartoony, but i didnt want him to take offense to that if thats not what he wanted. Then I thought that, if its a baby, then it would be just fine.

Well, I would say that the toes being all spread apart would be unnatural for a relaxed pose.

Also, is it possible to enlarge the wings? If those were to keep it afloat, then it would almost enter a stage of being comical. no offense.

I really like what you've done so far. His back leg should be more folded, and maybe some underneath of him, if he is sitting.
I would add some eyebrow muscles in the usual area.

If its a baby dragon, then, I guess, you can forget about what i said about the wings being too small

my projectiles would be like lazers, but yes using characters, i believe is what others use well.

Jozef, did you ever get to reading the comment I left on the March 2005 edition of your article. netmonkey linked me to your site, which I appreciated your words on my game, but I left a comment to hopefully straighten somethings out.

adventuredevelopers.com plans on having exactly what you want, when it can finally get around to it. Their review section will not give a review of how the game is, for people to read and decide if they want to play it, but it will be a type of weighted score card, depending on the level of development that went in to producting the game, and will give constructive criticism towards the developer(s).

A) how do you expect to get anywhere if you are too lazy to even read a tutorial? I can see it now, you are going to be one of the best game developers...
B) Yes, do not call it a damn tutorial, or knock anything about the editor. If you want to, well then write your own game engine, so we can come on your forums and knock that one.
C) You definitly need to mature up some. nihilyst was just trying to help, and he certainly wasn't brown-nosing.

It would be different if you used any sarcasim emoticons, or even wrote "Sarcasim ahead", but you didn't, so you came across as being rather rude, which we will not tolerate.

newb, is just that, a newbie, a new person to any community
n00b is someone that acts immature and acts as a general bother on boards; one who exhibits a general lack of caring for forum rules or even tries to break rules on purpose.

that is why my games tagline was 'from n00b to newb', which gave the idea, that he would hopefully learn from his mistakes to become a better forum member.

That's not a bug, per-se...   8)  Thats just RickJ getting the important things done first, then he'll/we'll go back and get those taken care of.

thats because many of the extras have been converted into seperate ags games, and are called with RunAGSGame from the main game. If you load the demo game into the editor, and then test game, you will play it the original way, with seamless transitions in between those minigames and the real game.

Bug report: (Enjoy)

1) You are able to walk behind the desk, where Roger is, in the Games Factory entrance.

2) Should "Press F1 for help" pop up everytime you enter the Bar/road area? Even when you leave the doorway of the Bar?

3) Holding down the arrow keys in order to walk gives funny results, but gets you no where. I didn't know it was set for 'push once to continue walking in that direction'.

4) In the Hall of GUI's, if you look at the Verb Coin door, it says "Mokey Island" instead of Monkey Island.

5)In the LEC gui room, if you
open window -> look at window -> display"It's Closed"... there needs to be a check to see if its open or not.
Also, I would add a display message for someone who tries to use the key with hut door.

Last but not least
6) Where's Petteri when you enter the AGS Games Factory, and wheres the AGS Bar?!?!!? This is an outrage! Pester Quest Lives!!

I could send you the char files if you'd like. Czar is supposedly recreating a bar background. Maybe we could use the room to "get to know the agsers... but then again, there are so many of us. Maybe just CJ.
