^^;; sorry for posting 4 times in a row, i won't do it anymore. And i'll try to fix the hands. but as for right now, heres my first walking animation, it sucks, but shes walking lol

ok, first of all, i'm having alot of trouble animating her, anybody know any good tutorials for this sort of thing?Ã,  and, i drew another little person (well, it's the same person, i'll explaine below..):

for the game i'm thinking of making, the girl with brown hair would be the 'main character' and the girl with blue hair is actualy the same person, but sort of her alter ego, like.. another personality.

wow, some really great responses, i'll try to incorperate them all into some new version which i'll hopefully have done tonight. oh, and yes, she's supose to be pale. and i really like that shaded pic  i should give that a try, thanks everybody!

*fix her left view, it looks like leftup view

Wow, i love that layout. I must say i'm a huge fan of layouts that are simple, effective, easy to navagate, and beautiful all at the same time. One thing i hate though, is when the images used for the layout are to large (in terms of filesize) it's death to us 56K users x.x anyways, in terms of what could be imporved, the buttons on the side, the dark red and black text makes it alittle hard to read, for me anyways. but, all in all, a wonderfull layout 

thanks for the suggestions, I really appricate them. But the whole glowing, floresant look was sort of what i was giong for lol but, i'm making another copy now with the colors swapped just to see what it's like. thanks again n.n

first, i'd like to ask what people think about it? and how might i make it better?

and second, i was wondering if anyone had any tips or anything for drawing the rest of the animation? (the walking poses).
