after 8 years absence from playing in bands (after 35 straight years) i have dusted down my Fender Squire and begun practicing.

Over the past two weeks i am just managing to get my rhythm going and my fret hand moving to the right places .

I have even managed to write 5 original songs this afternoon that have potential if not a little passe.

I would like to gig again only not so stressful as it once was and without all the in-fighting

I have no illusions and know i can't leap about half naked as i used to but that's ok.

my left ear has diminished about 30% apart from everything else.

At nearly 61... should i even think about it?    My heart says yes..

blender is indeed a fine piece of software. But very very complicated/overwhelming.

I'v been watching the video tutorials... step at a time... will take some time to fully grab all the basics... but he who dares...

JACK (the Ripper) voiced version is almost completed (after a year!).

i have only just begun to play.

whilst the graphics and animations are fab i find having to click each time to skip speech is too much for me.

also the guy going into the woodshed is much taller than the door

i will endeavour to play more at some point..
