MAG's was almost going the same way but it picked up I'm glad to say....

I think it's a combination of things that stop some people..

Maybe its waves of constant up and downs...

Perceptions

Based on scientific fact and some conjecture....

320 X 200 resolution.

Most people perceive they live in a world they believe to be reality.Their perceptions dictate the reality they experience. Perceptions of reality have been instilled since birth, unable to venture from their perceived reality through human consciousness.

We are eternal free spirits, free to roam space without time. To perceive the reality of the outside you must change your perceptions of reality, for you are god.

A simple test of your perceptions may take you to the next level of human consciousness (Multiple choice quiz). Open your mind to the field of possibilities..

Solve some mathematical conundrum questions. (Difficulty: quite hard)

Finally, you may have a chance to create you own reality universe in which you can print out and frame... (Create your own reality universe of stars, mists, planets and other heavenly bodies).

I don't know how time will pan out this month, but I have at least made the very beginnings of something. I'm hoping it will be in a better state than last month's, but even if not I want to try and get something out this month and keep the momentum going if possible.
Hope you will come through  (nod)

I'm well into my entry. I thought I would do something different....
My entry consists of two parts:

  • A choice quiz to test your perceptions of reality.
  • Build your own universe.

I've compiled the human consciousness reality quiz and I'm now setting up the 'Build you own universe' part which you can print out and frame  (laugh)

Blondbraid: Well, kind of like the matrix in principle...

You get a test on the perceptions of reality... before building your own universe  (laugh)

Perceptions

Most people believe they live in a world they've perceived to be reality.

Their perceptions dictate the reality they experience. The real reality is trapped within, never able to venture outside their reality and into the real realty.

We are eternal free spirits, free to roam space and time. To perceive the real reality of the outside you must change your perceptions of reality, for you are God.

A simple test of your perceptions may take you to the next level of the real reality of human consciousness.

Read this today....  UK: Nookie with someone from a different household is illegal from today under new Lockdown rules...

Is this really true?  It appears so....

If you want the player to skip you would use this in your function:

Code: ags

StartCutscene(eSkipAnyKeyOrMouseClick); //  Begin skipping stuff after pressing any key or mouse clik.

// will skip to here

 EndCutscene();  // Skip stuff ends

Things are going crazy near where I live in the UK... Thieves are out on the pinch even more... even stealing someone's hot tub and 3 piece suite... and someone even took an outdoor fish pond  (roll)

It was reported that drones were flying over the borough...

Blondbraid.... That was a cute little game...short, but cute..

Nice graphics and story..

I found inventory window/icons a bit small, but that's just me...and the font size small, but that's just me... played full screen..

Fine game and before time's up and that's a thumb's up from me (nod)

@Blondbraid - if you need a couple of days extension that could be arranged. :-)
Thanks, though I'm worried extra time would just make me work slower.  I feel like my relation to working with deadlines is a lot like that animal in Harry Potter that magically changed size to fit any space, and putting it in a bigger room didn't give it more room to move because it just expanded until it had filled up the whole room anyway. :-\

You're right, with a time limit you have to adjust your time management...and I mean, you can't change the rules just because they don't suit you, and it is supposed to be a within a month competition after all..

I understand some can't spend as much time as they would like due to real life... I myself work quite slow but I work twice as hard as most..

It's not all about winning, nice as it is, it's about competing and producing a playable game with other like minded people.

I love your graphical idea Blondbraid and I hope you pull though with a game ;)

I really don't have much, but It's not nothing so I might try and cobble something very small and partly unfinished together.
Why not make it shorter and complete? Half baked is half done...   But let's see...
