Some people do evil things because they are evil (abnormal brain)... Evil people can blend in with the environment, like a chameleon and people often consider them to be nice (as many people have said about some serial killers) not realising the evil within.. We can all meet them at any time, any place.... It's a daunting, mixed up world...

Hi

Even though, through Music type properties I have set music drop to 0 when player is talking it takes no effect. Even with game.speech_music_drop=0; it makes no difference the music drops whilst talking.

Look up Operators in the manual...

Also it's common practice to name things like characters preceded with a c as in cguard. o for Objects like oguard etc etc.

The hotspot would not register the click if the door was over the hotspot directly.

If the doorway itself was transparent then the click would register if the actual door was open..

If everything, including interactable elements then yes you can..  But you should not ignore using objects like doors....Objects are drawn over hotspots...in which case it would be when you click on a door to open/close the door..

Yes, you can enable/disable a hotspot...

I change sprite in editor and can see change but when i run it i still see the old sprite maybe 60% of the time...

How often or under which conditions does this happen? This sounds like a bug which needs to be fixed.
It just seems to happen quite often, even with Build 3.4.1.15. I change sprite number in properties but it shows old sprite number. It's as if it is holding on to the old sprite number. It does not occur all the time I may add.

Have you tried 'Rebuild all files'?

What Template are you using?

If you have done what you said correctly then there must be a confliction somewhere I guess..

Mind you, it is not uncommon for objects not taking a new sprite number until you exit and restart and change object number again.

After 15 straight months I will be concentrating my time to Maelstrom Obscura (https://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/forums/index.php?topic=56767.0), which I'm hoping to go Kickstarter...

I am really looking forward to the games this month, should be a hoot  (laugh)

The Manual is always being constantly updated...

Put all .dll files in the main AGS folder....exit ags editor and restart.. Click plugin's and it should be there if it is compatible...
