Pixel Hunt is seeking new members!
Yes, you've read correctly. Even if you read it cross-eyed: Pixel Hunt needs YOU!

In case you don't know, I am Snake, the most amazing person you'll ever know. Actually, what I meant to say was, in case you don't know, Pixel Hunt is a band formed here in the AGS community. In other words, the best band ever. We have been around for about year, and we are now seeking a few more members for their blood- I mean... no, NOT blood, your TALENT, yes, that's right, talent.

Pixel hunt is:
Wyz - keyboard, mixing
Snake - electric guitar, acoustic guitar
Dualnames - acoustic guitar
Noa - Vocals , mixing
Dan - electric guitar

We write and compose our own music and have  some covers.

We are looking for;
* A bassist
* A drummer
* A producer
* Someone who can mix the songs (no need to know how to play a musical instrument)
* Someone who will laugh at all Dualnames' jokes

So if you're a music lover and you can commit to meeting once a week, can record your instrument and have the basic equipment required, then go ahead and reply here or send us a pm!

I haven't played this yet, but from what I can say from the little bit I've seen on TwitchTV, I love it. Looks/seems like a great game. I've heard people say it's too "talkie" and more like a playable movie or similar, but it looks perfect to me. When I've got the extra money and when I'm thinking of it I'm definitely going to buy this one.

I haven't used it but only a couple times for my daughter (the day we got it actually), there's a decent selection of shows and movies to watch.

I think so too. You know, it's funny how you think one way about something, but then you get to experience the possibilities of it and your eyes finally open. Before getting the Kindle I was always one of the first to shrug off the idea of making touch-screen one of the "must-haves" for AGS. Not that I think it is a necessity, but some games could benefit from having some sort of touch-screen compatibility, especially for playing an AGS game that is normally played with a mouse and keyboard.

I never gave fire fox a real chance... really not too sure why. I've used it in Linux but just for visiting here or installing chrome. I'd like to give Netscape a try only because the look and name has some nostalgic value.

I almost see your point in saying where this could have been handled differently, but it's also a great way to show those people who don't know much about computers, let
alone their BROWSER being the reason some web pages don't look right, that there are other options out there than the default internet explorer. They are told of the time it takes to make it work and gives them an option for modern browsers.

I was an Opera fanboy from 2001 (...or so. Someone on here raved about it being the best) until the year before last when I finally installed Google Chrome. The main reason being was that Opera decided to start crashing every fucking 5 minutes for no apparent reason. It went from no problems what-so-ever to pissing me off on a daily basis.

My Brother has a Kindle Fire and loves it. I have a crappy tablet, which I never use.

Yeah, we're enjoying it so far! Like I said earlier, the only thing I have to complain about (aside from it not coming with a USB cord to connect to the computer) is the keyboard. But I guess that takes some getting used to anyway.

I'm not a social networking guy, so automatically I cringe when I hear you say, "I'm working on a social networking thingy-doo."

First thoughts: GAH! Your profile reminds me of Myspace, which I always thought was horrible. It is also, for me, slow to scroll because of all the ah... "stuff" you have.

In the end, though, I think I get it now. It reminds me a bit of Pinterest, which I actually DO like (my wife has an account and I've been meaning to make one myself just for giggles), except for Makrio the point is to take those things you "pin" (or in this case, "collect") and combine a select few together to make a message of some sort. I like the idea behind it.

Deu2000 had to look up what enviable meant, just to ensure no mistake was made before posting.
