Crime Noir

The background must exemplify everything about crime Noir.
Hard shadows and big cities are mandatory.

I am going to enter, but it won't be in till the end of the day.

I hope some one else is going to do one, I don't want to be all on my lonesome.

My suggestion regarding languages is be born in England.

The advantage of this is that you can never be foreign. It's always everyone else who's foreign.

If you do decide to go to a foreign country (usually for football, prostitutes, drugs or alcohol) and they don't speak English, then feel free to smash the place up, safe in the knowledge that you tried your best to fit in with their weird shit.

Sorry I forgot to say I will only be using one of the gargoyles, I should have said that earlier :-[. I really just wanted to know if the new one worked better in that back ground with less of a "style gap".

Thank you for the idea of texturing the path,   im still really new at this and often seem to overlook the simplest thing.

Left one is new.

OK I've changed the colours of the gargoyle. Does this help?

If we're going to talk about the true blood series, I've got to say I prefer Eric.

Sookie is actually the name of my cat, why I adopted the name I really don't know.

since the movement in AGS is tied to frame changes, if you randomised the frame delays (not completely random but with some random element) he shouldn't slide since his sprite wont move until there's a frame change.

Im not sure what that would look like but it would certainly look "drunk"
