I agree with the hanheld beeing best option. It is MOBILE, you can take it with you! Wii would be more just like a geeky thingy more for show than functionality :P

I still love the icecream girl. It's kind of disgusting but why the hell she fits there so good? :P

Being a stage actor myself (small community stuff) I must say that it is a wonderful medium. But I really must agree with Makeout Patrol--why must you pick one or the other?

For example, the first show I was ever in was To Kill A Mockingbird, and it was a great production. But who can argue the performance of Gregory Peck? Or to take it a step further, the original book by Harper Lee?

[Edit]: PS-Shakespeare is a god.

It's not like I don't like movies, I love them, I have many favorites too. I was only asking about which is more fun for you to watch. I find myself more excited in the theather on a great play than on a great movie in the cinema :) I dunno why..

However Death Proof is still number 1 thing for me...

I dont know about you guys but IMO violent games may in fact HELP to fight violence. When I feel angry I just turn on my wii and play dead rising, or beat up some guys on GTA IV, or play a L4D campaign. If you couldnt kill your stress in that way you would keep it in you and it would grow and grow and who knows, maybe when it finally explodes you just beat up someone on the street. Just for fun. So I think it's not always bad to have violent games. It helps people with the temporary need to beat someone up (not saying that's a good need in first place :P I would never beat anyone up just for fun, and violent games DO NOT make me feel like it either).
Anyone having similiar opinion?

Then it would seem the iPhone has the best of both worlds. Great widescreen resolution, unprecedented touch-screen capabilities, am I wrong?

Cheers,
Sparky. :)

And costs hell lot of money and most people don't have it :)

I'm not exactly sure what kind of hairstyle you wanted to give him so it was a blind shot, actually.

Highlights look fine to me, there's definitely not too much of them and they seem to be in the correct spots.

Oh man I think not. I think he went after gangsta nigga' hair :)

EDIT: At least I THINK he's black...0.o

Great entries so far :) I'm a bit disturbed by the drawing outside the outline in the first two - you went the easier way ;) But they're good anyway :3 special points for drawing only inside the outlines though :) !

Isn't Germany really bad for censoring, banning and cutting out violence in games? Or is that just exagerated?
Yea I heard that from many people from germany too..I guess it's true then.
#231
I guess that at least you're right about the amount of GOOD not-violent games :) It decreases dramatically :/
#232
Ok I will :) I just tried too hard :)

I'd like to see an option where the gif can be imported into a blank view. "Add new view" could go above Add new loop.

Cheers,
Sparky. :P

Well what do you mean? you CAN add a new view by choosing folder and view name. and you can add a loop to an ampty view too :)

Ok...I don't know about you guys but I ALWAYS wonder who or what the f*** is in Lucas Arts logo!

The work that will make most (non)sense to me wins! The more crazy idea the better! LA guys are crazy after all.

RULES:
-Flipping and rotating allowed (those bastard's at LA can be tricky!) but no scaling
-Must be at least a little bit crazy
-No color limits
EDIT:
-Background optional :)
EDIT 2:
-Special bonus for drawing only in the fully outlined area  ;)
EDIT 3:
-Make as many entries as you want :)

TROPHIES (Yes there are some!):

OH MY GOD! I didn't expect that one 0.o I was sure that shading was too poor compered with Wyz or Bohnito for example...

Thank you!!! *does happy dance* and special thanks for other entries authors too! It was a pleasure to see your ideas and think "oh wow I would never think of that" :)

EDIT: Oh my...Does it mean I have to start new contest? *panics* I'll start looking for a great shape right now 0.0

I'd like to add my AARRGH to the list   ;)

Very good work, works like a charm! A bit rough around the edges, but what do I care?

Could we have found an SSH-code-alike???  :o

also if you know how to un-rough it please let me know :) I'll do my best to make it better.
I also thought about a wizard thingy like 1. What do you want to do? (add view, add loop etc), 2. Choose a method (import animation, import images for frames), 3. Where do you want to place it? (folders), 4. Specify files (just one file for animation and the gif creation like thingy) 4. transparency, 5. finish

you know what I mean :P

Any ideas how to make interface more pleasant to use?

I like where this is going!  I think it would be more useful if you could actually see the contents of a view next to the sprite import so you can see exactly what goes where as you're importing, though.  A reduced version of the normal view editor with smaller thumbnails would work.

Could you please be more specyfic? maybe a quick sketch or mashup from a printscreen? :)

Thanks to DVD, you can now watch TV series that were aired 50 years ago, you can watch TV shows and movies on your cellphone while you're waiting for the subway/train/bus for work, yet, theater plays seems deeply determinated to remains in the 19th century, that's something I just cannot understand.

Oh man you're so right.. There are so many great plays but most of them abroad..I wish I could buy dvds of lion king or we will rock you T.T Although Cats made it to DVD edition!
