Impressive!!

I about crapped myself over the music, It's probably some of the best I've heard in ags games so far....it fit the mood perfectly....How the hell do you make music this well, cause I would love to know what programs and methods you use....

Really, this was excellent, all the way through....too bad it was so short....I really loved it though...

Yep, I tried this out a while ago two...and I basically agree  with Farmer Snake....
Keep at it, my first game was a 4 room game where you had to pick up a sword and stab your boss to death.....so, this tottally tops that....

And petegliair, sometimes your sense of humor comes off weird, which is fine. But I have to tell you it isn't cool to post stuff like that in someones release thread. Imagine working on a game forever and having somebody tell you it sucks....
Personally, it would bumm the shit out of me....

And Snake, In the revamped version the character named after you is actually going to speak, yay !!!
The bowling ball guy is going to appear off and on during the adventure too....so yay!!! Yay for me, yay for pudding!

Yep, Pirate Fry 2: The Hand of Anturus is still in production.....

Pirate Monty Fry finds himself thrown into the middle of a diabolical plot when he accepts a mission to find the mysterious Hand of Anturus.  I've been working on this game for awhile and I guaruntee it will be a worthwhile download...

Progress:
Recently I've started over the project from scratch. I originally was working on it in ags 2.14, then had some problems importing it into a newer ags...

I've been re-doing all the backgrounds, characters, dialoges, everything....I'm hopeing to have some real progress in the next couple of months...

Now this demo was made a couple months ago, and the full game will feature enhanced graphics and puzzles and general betterness....

The game will be divided into these categorys just so I can better describe at what point I am at. It might seem goofy, but to me it seems like an easy way for me to describe my progress...

Playable intro/Demo area
Act 1, the real begining of the game
Act 2, the middle of the game
Act 3, which is the ending portion of the game
Finale, the final cutscenes and credits

Currently I am finished re-doing the Intro/Demo, and have a good start on act 1. I really have most of the elements finished for the next three acts, I just need to re-do backgrounds and character art, and add some more goodness. So theres where I'm at...More updates soon...
Maybe some screen shots.

Okay, act one is pretty much finished, Yep, I'm always saying that....
Act one alone consists of 26 rooms so far, about four are non interactive scenes for cutscenes and titles, and it's jam packed with Pirate Fry goodness...
I am really doing some cool stuff, this is pretty much the game I've always wanted to play...

I had figured I'd be done by now, but am I....no.
I've started cutting things out of the game, stuff that I realize now is crappola...I'm taking my vacation next week, so I'm hopeing for some real motivation to get this thing done. But anyway, with the cuts, It should speed me a bit...

Yep, I can't do it.....The keypress deal, But I have improved some other things, The new release will have much better graphics, some gore and nude supermodels.......

Yep, it happens to me , right after I go into the hotel room for the first time....the colors get all acid trippy...
Fix it dude, and I'm there for the re-download.

From what I saw before the bug, I liked the whole concept of the game so far, Cool gui on the top, cool intro and theres other cool stuff thats just slipping my mind right now. Anyways, I thought the closet world was called narnia? not nania? It's funny cause I put a reference to narnia in pirate fry....

Thanks for playing the game guys! And 2ma2, I'm probably going to update the game later as a side project, and I'll try out some of your ideas....
Anyways, I didn't give enough credit to mechanico, he did ALL the sprites for this game, which totalled well over 100 in just about a week and a half! So, kudos to mechanico.....

Oh and snake, thanks for the compliments, the script for the zombies appearing was just a statement in the if monhit=0 then I added to an int called alldead (which kept track of the number of dead monsters) so when all the monsters were dead, a timer starts and then when the timer finishes, the monsters appear......took me awhile to script, like everything in this game....

I think jrp (is that who made it?) didn't want anybody to make a walkthrough for it....Damn shame to, cause I'm stuck at the begining.....Stupid puzzles involving timing...
