Man, that sucks. Seriously man.

When you leave for the final time, do me a favor man. Turn to your employer and say "Good day to you sir!"

All joking aside, good luck getting a new job/indentured servitude.

Don't forget my Jail, which is basically a big Viking ship with a dragon head. Prisoners are forced to row, to pay back their debt to society....Don't worry though, we have them covered with good insurance...

I like the idea of designing our own pad. we could all draw some building, maybe even make some sprite representing ourselves, and then we could put it on some big Caribbean map.

Only if I can be naked next to Ronald McDonald...

Well, since the auction at this point will be over in 3 hours, and I don't think I can stop it ethically, it looks like I'm going to be packing her up soon. Which I can deal with.

Thanks everybody for understanding, and for the cool ideas. Sorry it didn't work out, but know that I appreciate the gesture as if it did.

I still think you guys shouldn't abandon the idea of getting Chris a guitar. I personally couldn't pitch in at this point, but I'm sure something could get rolling.

How does one 'do' a mermaid, anyway?  Everything below the waist is a big fish tail...Hell, in Splash, Daryll Hannah doesn't even have a visible anus until she transforms!

No wonder they went extinct.

Thats why he was gone so long, took a while to figure out...

I've used Electronic Battle Weapon since the start of the forum transition from ezboard, and now it's Electronic Baffle Weapon in an attempt to... uh, baffle.

What's with your avatar?  It's kinda freaking me out.

I think it is from an equally freaky internet video....

Rumours of my death were greatly exaggerated.

After getting involved in a fist fight with an angry rabbit over a parking space, I stumbled into the English Channel where I lay dead on the seabed for 2 weeks... whereupon a friendly mermaid breathed her magical breath into my lungs and I awoke from my slumber, only to find that I had grown gills.

Giddy with this new found underwater bliss, I remained under the surface, gently moving through the water whiling away my days, until I was attacked by a Great White Shark and had to beat a hasty retreat to the surface and back into civilization.

But at least you got to do a mermaid...

We'll make bronze swords, and cool-ass boats with frigging crazy dragon heads, and steal women from nearby islands....Although when they see our awesome swords and boats, they will probably come off their own accord....

You guys rock so much, seriously. I couldn't have joined and spent years of my life in a better forum. It's crazy that you guys would offer such a thing, and I am amazed. I can't really even describe in words how cool you guys are.

I love the idea of giving it to CJ, but hate to say there are some issues that would probably make it impractical. One being that it weighs 15 lbs (7 kilograms?) and the packing alone at a shipping place runs $27 USD. I wouldn't even want to think about how much that would cost to ship overseas.

Another issue, is that my Guitar (I nicknamed her FoxyMomma, I know I am cheesy) is a good guitar, but probably worth more to someone who is specifically into that type of guitar. I wouldn't recomend it for a beginner, as the strings are the heaviest strings available for an electric, and the action (the distance from the fretboard to the strings) is quite hard. It would simply kill Chris'es hands, and make the skin wear off his fingers, although I have heard from various sources that he does have an uncanny grip...

If you guys want to get Chris a guitar, I say go for it (It is an awesome idea, and would be a great way of showing our gratitude to him). Buy mine if you really want to, but know it would probably be more affordable to order him a new one from the UK.

That said, you guys are free to do as you please, but if you do continue on, I just like to say thank you for the enormous show of caring, and beg you all not to put yourselves in financial hardship in this process.

Wow, I'm the Sheriff, yeah!

As Christopia's newest Sheriff I do solemly vow to grow the coolest handle-bar mustache possible....

And now I can wear my chaps without being called fruity, this is the best!

(Also, I don't work in a prison anymore, I now hang sheetrock, yay!)

Hey guys,

You guys are great to offer your help, but I couldn't take it. I respect you folks so much, and hope you can respect my silly notions about charity.

Backstory on this auction (Since it was kinda asked for): I basically need to sell it to fund a car drive from Idaho to Missouri, in the U.S. My grandmother lives there, and here boyfriend has had a stroke which left him pretty much gone, so me and some others are driving over there to help her pack, sell her stuff and move here. I'm just trying to cover the costs of gas and a stuff on a drive through the night type trip.

Again thank you for the offers, I guess I posted this here as more of a eulogy for my old friend. Kind of a closure type thing. I know that might be hard to understand, but it makes me feel a bit better about.

For those worried, I still have another guitar, so I will be cool.

Disco

My mother apparently has that in her office, she lets her bird fly free in her house. I never noticed it before, and never knew it was built to be used in the shower. Who the hell makes stuff like that?

Andail
You probably wouldn't find them too interesting, the love letters are written by me when I was between 17-22 and are silly things, along with the songs, nothing specail. Mostly just power-chord junk...heh.

It's a sad thing, but I am selling off one of my oldest guitars.

Reference link: (Not advertising, just showing what I am talking about. My mother posted it, so blame her for the weird and un-pleasant description)
My Guitar

I've had her for about 12 years, played many gigs with her, lent her to to my girlfriend when she left to tenessee once as a sign of commitment. I love this guitar, but am short on cash, It has the sweetest low sound, and it will kill you if you don't know how to fiddle with effects just right (the hollow body can make some crazy feedback if you don't watch it).

I covered the case with stickers of where I've been in my life, and the case was filled with scraps of half written songs, old love letters, and drawings. I feel like I am selling part of my soul here people.

Just wanted to vent, and wondered if anyone else has ever had these feelings attached to a simple, dead object....

Please credit the proper person. It's Andrew Kepple (Too Much Spare Time Productions) who made both videos, in association with the Lemon Demon Corporation (aka Trapezoid).  :=

You wouldn't like Chris Jones taking credit for every game on the games db. I bet he still takes credit for them anyway. :P

Fixed.

Reno and Rude were awesome, you need more Barret? Go watch some old A-team episodes with Mr. T....Heh...

And I know they tried to make him (sqaull) all moody and devoid of personality as a storytelling effect, but I think they started with the idea, and tailored the story around that idea...

Well I hope I don't have a wet dream with kinoko in it, I'll dream that she's a cat!

Dude, Cat chicks are hawt.

I have had (over the years) dreams with Agsers, but we somehow always end up fighting zombies, or giant spiders....
