Also the company that created the program you are using can claim any type of TOS that they want, don't use programs that you don't agree with. It's pretty simple.

One thing I have always found funny about some softwares terms of service is this. I go to the computer store, buy myself the new game and pay 45 bucks or so, take it home, install it, and as I am loading it up the terms come up. Am I supposed to actaully be able to deny the terms at this point? I can't take the product back to the store (Most places in the U.S. won't take back software). So, you pretty much have to agree to the terms......

Which is why men dressed as Nazi's are currently butt-humping my mom....

Hypnotize her, and the ask if she is lying to you.....Should work, unless she's messing with you on the hypnotizing thing too....

And I wasn't trying to piss you off, so sorry if I did.

Searching the internet for folks of high moral fiber? Not the best place truthfully....

I can honestly say that I have never made a walkcycle while bored....I hate the things, so kudos to you man, not bad at all....

Look in the critics lounge, I think there is a thread there about paint programs....Just don't expect the program to draw for you....

Also, check out what people are doing in the critics lounge with their stuff, then you can get an idea of what to try (sizes and such) and then of course post in the CL (your sprite or background) if you need any tips after that point....

Man rick, next time I need to file in small claims court, you are so going to have to drive down here, heh.

Most of the time when you serve papers it is just a simple process of going to the persons home or workplace, walking up to people in uniform and asking if that is them, then you go through the checking of I.D.s then hand them the papers.....pretty boring, but people get all upset, for some crazy reason, heh....

When I was second in command at the detention facility I worked at, by county law we were required to charge any sentenced inmate 25 bucks a day (up to 500 dollars total, so you only got charged for a max of 20 days per senttence)  to cover the countys expenses.

Of course, people in jails typically don't care to/don't have the money to pay these fee's so I had to do the small claim deal with them. Since they weren't businesses I could only really go after the ones living in my area, since any others required filing somewhere way out of my area....

I wouldn't give Bush my[/i] brain; it'd go unused. :(

Wouldn't that mean that if implanted with your brain, he would then be you basically....Why wouldn't you use your brain?

Same here, really. You can hire a deputy to do it for you, or even a privately run business can do it, but it is still ultimately the responsibility of the plantiff.

I used to have to serve papers on people....Sure makes you popular...

Oh and congrats Rick!

i'm never going to release a game on the net under my real name. why? because "skyfire1" sounds cool.

Do yourself a favor and use your name....

What if you DO want to be asked out on dates by nerdy guys who have nothing better to do than write and/or play computer games?

And the cool thing is, if they think they are dating Squinky (you) I can pop out and scare them away with my manly non-hot femaleness....

Critics' Lounge / Help with sketch, please.
Sun 22/01/2006 06:18:17
Hi all.

I am doing up a sketch here, and am happy with most things except for the face, it appears to manly and I think it has something to do with the jaw. I have tried re-drawing it until I am sick so was kinda hoping you crazy guys could point me in the right direction, and maybe give some tips onthe rest of the image.

It will be inked eventually though, it's still in rough pencil stage, just for the info....

Thanks for any help.

Tilemachos Stavropoulos (hey, that's how it's spelled in my passport) doesn't exist on the internet. I dislike personal information online (for different reasons than one might think are obvious) and having a generic nickname like 'Helm' helps keep all that to a minimum.

Hmmm....All this only adds to my theory of Helm being a super secret agent....He's even dressed up in a creatively wacky disguise in his avatar....

I've got you pegged man...

Shbaz does love the blender. I looked him up, because I thought he used to have a link in his sig that would help, but he apparently dosen't anymore, and hasen't been on for a good while.

I screwed around with it a bit, and I think this place is a good place to start.
