Meet Frank and Eddie, they cant wai tfor helloween to come around each year. They use this wonderfull event to get dressed up and go spoil some jocks party... this is alot of fun. This here however they have uncovered a rather interesting portal leading to the gates off hell where demons are lining up to wipe out there entire existance! Dressed for the ocasion they dare take on the underworld...

Hey, you took that tomato head from the streetcrew forums! -_-

Hmm, I like your style. Get rid of the dark outlines, however, and fill them with a darker version of the inside color. The second guy's arms need to be a bit wider.

Thanks, I guess that would work.

Could anyone here show me some techniques to animate clay for a game? I tried but it's too hard to cut out the stuff I don't want in the picture.

I like the idea of this, but this should be optional.. I don't want to have to give out my address to people.

Well, here's a quick list of the games of 2006 that have stood out so far, and could be contenders for the next AGS Awards. Apologies if I missed yours out: it's probably more likely down to forgetting than anything else...

1213 parts 2&3
Al Emmo demo
Automation (yes, I know its old, but it counts for the 2006 awards)
Ben Jordan 5
Bog's adventures in the underworld
Crown of Solomon demo
Fountain of Youth demo
Kings Quest III VGA
Life of D Duck
Lost in the Nightmare 2 demo
Robotragedy 2
Spooks
The Family Treasure
The Heist
The Oracle
The Shivah
Trilby's notes

and a special mention for 2010: World of Chaos... so bad it's good!

Any thoughts, people?

Haha, I deleted that from the database. So, it can't win any awards.Ã,  Funny, my first game could win the P315 award, and my second game could win something better.. Weird.

This looks like a great game! Hope to play it soon.

Quote from: yodaman11111 on Sat 08/07/2006 01:43:27I'm not criticizing the storyline or Poland for that matter, but from what I've seen, this game needs some work. I thought it would be some deep, involving story about conspiracies and the like. What do I get? I game about a guy trying to get his keys.

If it were deep and full of conspiracies, as opposed to mundane, it wouldn't really be about "true Polish life", would it?

I meant it in the way that there was a deep storyline and everything. I played it, and it won't let me leave the first room. I click on a poster of some guy, and this annoying sound effect starts playing. Out of pure annoyance, I quit.

I contacted Mordalles himself and he told me all of his dark, dark, dark secrets and explained that he is the priest of a satanic cult and the cult demanded that he remove the game. Another reason was because it took up 130MB to download (around 24 hours on 56K) and it wasn't very popular (or so Mordalles says).

I played it, and I just don't get it. It's so annoying.
That's the thing, though, you don't know the history or culture of Poland.
I played the game, it was pretty good.Ã,  :)

Damn, yodaman, he's asking us to critic his puzzle idea, OK? Where in the forum rules does it say such a thing is forbidden here?
People post stories here all the time, you can even post things that aren't adventure-related, like e.g. your new website. This is not the graphics lounge.

Krysis: He doesn't call the cops because of the drugs that were involved.
Plus he doesn't know if he's innocent.

Maybe you could add another way to solve this puzzle, like wrapping up the body first, or hiding it in a trolley.
The guy could even chop it to pieces and feed it to the dog ;)

Well from what I read, it sounded like he wanted us to help him make his puzzle, not critique it. Whatever.

I also tried using the gimp for transparency but I don't know what to click on. Sorry if this is a stupid thread, I just don't know how to get rid of that ugly blue background!  :-[

Not sure if this is the right place to post, but oh well. How do I create a transparent background color? I looked in the manual for Paint but I couldn't find anything.  :'(

Unless you record what you're going to say and give a download link to the file.  ;D
