Can someone show me how to (or give me a tutorial on how to) do good walkcycles? I am ok at the "down" walkcycle, but not with the rest.

I think they (the people who own the rights to tintin) should let you make a tintin fan game. there are quite a few indiana jones fan games being made and no corporate lucasarts crappos care about it. I was to make a fan game of tintin at some point also.. if my art got any better..

Sounds cool. You can use two characters from my game (if you want to), 2010: World of Chaos. The charatcers are Tyson and David Smith.

This game is gonna rock! I was going to do a Tintin game myself, if my art improved. Best of luck on this game and I hope it's released in English as well  ;D. I was also thinking of doing an Asterix game (another foreign comic).

Well, besides the "backgrounds without visible exits", and buggy stuff in the game, what really needs work? Sime people suggested using "The Gimp" but I draw worse using that!

the operating table is going to be considered a character (since it animates). Is there anything else that needs improvement besides shading and colors?

Afflict, the style for the second background is a very cartoony art style. Yes, those are human heads (or some form of human heads, well, actually they are skeletons). I redid it with a better moon and detailed heads. How can I improve the first bg? I've been trying to add more detail but can't think of what to add (it's an operating room).

These are some backgrounds for two separate games I am making: the first, a background from the sequel to 2010: World of Chaos, and the second, a baclground from a dark, humourous, cartoony game (which I can't tell the name of, since I don't want to spoil anything just yet..). I'm just getting the hang of background and need some c&c.. (btw, the second one is a bit unfinished)

I'll improve those things in the next game. The next game will feature an art style that is complimentary to the first game, yet expands and improves the art of the first game. So, you're still gonna see a lot of those simple looking characters (with detail though). you're right, it has lost it's personality. however, if the fingers were different looking on each side, it wouldn't.

thanks for your, uh, compliments. Most music took a couple minutes to make (the new zealand theme took like ten to fifteen). The sequel to this game will be a lot improved (I hope). I'm possibly getting buloght to do characters (but he may not have the right "style"). Although some of you may be disapointed by the "better graphics" over the hilarious-ish ones (eg: walkcycles).
