Have a happy, horrifying night everyone!

Boah - this has become hard work - just to stay alive in here for some minutes more  (laugh)

… but here goes nothing - my list:
Spoiler
(1) There is a POV shot through the killer's mask in this horror movie. ~ John Carpenter's Halloween (1978)
(2) A character cuts off one of their own body parts in this horror movie. ~ Saw (2004)
(3) There is an inbred family in this horror movie. ~ Cabin Fever (2002)
(4) Cannibalism is the main theme of this horror movie. ~ Pandorum (2009)
(5) A character transforms into an animal in this horror movie. ~ The Fly (1958/1986)
(6) The characters fight subterranean monsters in this horror movie. ~ Mimic (1997)
(7) This horror movie deals with the theme of religion vs. an evil force. ~ The Exorcist (1973)
(8) This horror movie parodies the horror movie genre. ~ Scary Movie (all of them  )
(9) The characters in this horror movie are racing against a time limit to defeat their foe. ~ The Ring (2002)
(10) This horror movie is about a haunted house. ~ Poltergeist (1982)
(11) The characters in this horror movie are unaware at first that they are pawns in a larger game. ~ Funny Games (2007)
(12) This horror movie takes place mostly in one room. ~ Hmmm - again Saw? Naaw - can't be ... so I'll choose another one for this: Buried (2010)

Congratuations to Snarky!
I was/am so confused, I never thought of a vampire as a parasite
... and now you come up with my favorite vamp-movie - gaah!

Sadly I lost track now because I usually get notifications whenever someone does a post,
but there wasn't any for several days now (wtf)

About guessing I don't have someone in mind but as you all are real clever I presume that you are correct with Kumpel.
On the other side - if you are even more clever it can only be someone that you don't think of ... hmmm
I think I'll guess Stupot then
(btw. Stu, did you loose you google+ connection? I was sooo used to that+ at your name (laugh) )

Happy 100!

YAY! Got the key ... and it worked!
Since the notifications of the forums doesn't work for some reason it was a very cool surprise! Thankies! Thankies!

.... and because of your generous rule about a game every day
and realizing that
Day of the Tentacle Remastered
is still on your list to offer, I'd like to also ask for that one. (nod)
My wishlist on Steam will shrink  (laugh)

Woah! - Again?? Sooo cooool! 8-) 8-) 8-)

Well, I still have Kentucky Route Zero on my wishlist and would like to get that, please.

You can always rename it to "Space Bears" and switch the tardigrades with actual bears, fur and all. (laugh)
Why should he do that? 8-0
Everyone with real interest just needs to read his devlog to see that it is originally his idea
and not the other way around. (wtf)

So instead of what ||:Click:|| wrote he might rather add to the games description something like
"Play the game that obviously even  the creators of ... already 'inspired' for a movie!" 8-)

:kiss: Thank you for the kind words but I struggled with about nearly every part of it.
Spoiler
Starting with the hairflow and facial expression over the proportions of the body till the shape of the trousers and the coming out of the veil ... nothing became near to what I wanted to achive.
And so - after several depressing tries I declared my fight as being lost and just uploaded it to the cb because it seems like this comp deserves some more entries.

... but let's sell it as 'At least it has a nice waist!'  (laugh)

btw.
Danvzare, I am eagerly waiting for that hot leather trenchcoat.

I am still confused (because I thought about the possibility that asking the same question twice
isn't enough to be sure - what if the first given answer wasn't a lie but the second?)

Since I don't want to terrorise you all by asking the same question a third time
I'll risk a guess and say:

        Dreamcatcher

Oookay - I am giving up on working at it any longer.

I'm not really happy with it, but it wasn't easy to fill the shape with something aside from the obvious.
So please forgive me and take Princess Rose as she is now just to have one more contribution.

Is the betrayer himself the parasite (or does he use it for to reach his goal)?
Can the parasite be fighted with caffeine?
Does the parasite develop inside the human body?

All the best for your special day, cat!

           Have a great one!

gaah - now  I am soo stuck, still
hmm - which way to go on now  - since an animal won't wear clothes  (wtf)
*grmbl* where is that lie hidden *grmbl*
but wait - nevertheless it might be an alien or daemon (that would fit so nicely to be a parasite) (nod)
... so I need to follow the road a bit more to clear things up:

(maybe we are really looking for a brain eater or a species that needs humans for placing and feeding their offspring)

Is the betrayer extra-terrestrial?
Is the betrayer some kind of ghost or spirit?
Does the betrayer need the human body for reproduction?

Please allow me to remind you kindly
>>    on updating (for those who already posted here)
>>    to add the trophies you made (for those who aren't aware of this thread existing)
Thank you! :-*

Wooaah! - I totally missed the announcing and nearly a silver trophy  *grabs it with a happy smile*

Congrats to the others and thanks a lot
for all the votes and your kind comments on my Ralph-version (laugh)

"Oh nooo! Cassieeeee ...!!"

*Tabby whispering towards the neighbors*
I am really confused about what answers are lies.
A parasite that wears clothes?
It's from another dimension but no ghost, daemon, spirit or alien but with a real  body?
That leaves animals and if I don't want to follow in the direction to scifi movies (Tribbles come to mind (laugh) ) but towards horor genre I am getting lost because most of those parasites are from earth or aliens ... *sigh*

Also my level of knowledge about the language doesn't make it easier for me to come up with something helpful, sorry. :-[
Is it correct that we are allowed to repeat a question (in a new round) ... aaand that a question won't get a wrong answer twice?
In that case I'd like to try clearing things a bit by this now:

Does the betrayer wear clothes?
Does the parasite eat a particular body substance?
Is the betrayer from an other dimension?

#177

Does the parasite eat a particular body substance (e.g., a hormones)?
Does the parasitic collect energy by absorbing certain feelings of his victim?
Is the parasite able to take over/control the body of his victim?
#178
Is the betrayer a disembodied being?
Does the betrayer try to get a parasitic connection with its victims?
Does the betrayer need the human body for reproduction?

I'll take care of you soon!

Happy Birthday Peder!

Can the betrayer change its appearance?
Does the betrayer want/need something from humans (for example their blood or their fear) to stay alive?
Is the betrayer from an other dimension?
