Hmmm - so we have a thief who owns a teddy that hides his stolen goods. The teddy is placed in the thiefs bed when it was cut open from  from another partie.
If so there must have been someone illegally in the thiefs bedroom to search for the stolen goods.  :-\

Was the intruder the owner of the stolen goods?
Did his partner in crime cut the teddy?
Was it an insurance fraud?

Was the crime that the teddy was stolen?
Was the crime to destroy/cut the teddy?

Does this teddybear (usually) hide something in a secret pouch?
Is it a talking teddy?
Did someone search for something inside the teddy?

Don't know the english term (and don't trust Google anymore) but you might call those peoples profession a puppet doctor or teddy doctor. They are repairing worthy teddies/puppets and it seems to be the case here. So: Is it a surgery of a teddy in a special 'teddy-hospital'?

What does "mediated babies" mean?
I fear that 'my friend' Google (translate) fooled me wit this. :-[
I tried to ask if he sells them (to those who can't adopt)

Sorry, if something of this already has been asked, but scrolling back until I find a complete list to check (and translate some of the stated aspects) isn't that easy for me right now - also I lack of new ideas about what crime he might be guilty from.   :-[

Had the man committed fraud?
Has he mediated babies (illegal)?
He was trading organs?

Are there important informations on that mobile?
Since he isn't a blackmailer - is it him who has been blackmailed?
Was he forced to act outside the law?
#328
Did he try to reach his own mobile phone?
Does he need the mobile phone he tried to call because it has a recording to proove he is not guilty of what he is accused?

There's just a very tiny prob with it - it's already taken.
But take it as a feature - an extra easter egg

So she found two boxes of chocolates and knew that there must exist a second valentine.
If she didn't folow him to the hotel (where he met his lover) she must have been there already.

Did he book two rooms to meet both on valentines day?
Did he book a room in that hotel for himself and his wife because his lover works at this hotel?
