  Very interesting ideas/entries so far.
It is always surprising for me how much different ways one can go to use a shape that at first you have no clue how to be filled.

Here's a bit of background info about mine:
I confess also to be one of those that are heavily influenced by Stephen Kings stories - but not this time  (wrong)

It started by thinking about placing the start/stop place for timetravellers into the shape with a big advertising billboard on top.
So I started with a kind of 'Timetunnel' but at last the shape didn't work for the billboard to my liking and reminded me more of a boat.
That was the time to add a bit of 'Thrill Seekers' who can do their sightseeing tour in bigger groups at once by ship.

Now I would be able to let some people walk in the ship, looking out of a window and coming through the tunnel to get invisible when reaching the frame of the shape (because of their bracelet) ... the ideas didn't stop entering my brain ... - that was the reason for me to stop working on my entry and upload it - or it would take me endlessly for all to be done. So I uploaded it (and forgot to correct some errors that are now still in).  (roll)

It's nice to see people talking and thinking about my entry - Thanks guys!

"Dear passengers - this is your captain speaking. We reached our first destination.
Don't worry - as long as you wear our bracelets you will not be recognized by the people
and are able to see our parking lot. Our timetravel company has a patent for this safe
method to observe your surroundings.
Now 'Disaster Travel' wishes you a pleasant stay on the earth just before the humans
destroyed their own habitat finally."

Thank you very much boys! You make me feel like bathing in a fountain of youth.

It was very entertaining - thanks to the host and his creative new version of a colorball.
Great entries, interesting ideas and well done

1st Creamy
2nd AnasAbdin
3rd Blondbraid

I also started to come up with something so cool (... and failed miserably).

But it's not my fault you know - I knew in my mind exactly what it should look like. (nod)
Then it happened that this mean reality came along -  just to change my work into something I not
want it to become. It might happen always because I am blonde - no other explanation I can think of

Thanks alot for all the votes, nice words and … ähem … sorry for my late reply.

I accidantly activated the turbo-boost while celebrating my new cool silvertrophy
by rewarding the birdy with some yummy beans.  …
"The recoil effect was incredibly strong!"

But now I am back here again to congratulate Mandle (don't worry â€" your ideas are
cool â€" you'll make it good for sure) and Anas â€" the two guys who catched the other cool trophies. Well done!

Also a big applause to Mokho who was a great host

voooting

1st placed is Mandles 'fucking tank' with four reb browns (that have to kick vigorously in the pedals to get the needed speed  (laugh)  )
2nd place for Anas' Droid Raphael which I'd love to see in motion (especially the technique to get off the plunger from the ground to start the next jump/step  )
3rd place  - ähem -  for that new breeded bird with the frightened pilot by Tabby - 'cause sadly there are no more participants :~(

@ Mandle
Wooohooo!  Yes, here I am!

At first the new breeding seemed to be a total failure ...
... until they realized (by accident) how fast and strong those creatures are.
It was like with the bees - by its body mass it shouldn't be able to but it flies.

This race will be the debut performance of it to deeply impress you.
Sadly we are not that sure about the pilot who might have become a tiny bit afraid
during the training because of the already reached speed.  8-0

[imgzoom]http://fs5.directupload.net/images/user/160529/b9iu5tud.png[/imgzoom]

Not sure if it will qualify for this race since you called for drivers, but we
teached it to sit on an axis with two wheels to be able to drive literally if needed.

Originally I wanted to give my voice to selmiak. His using of the shape and the overall entry really is fabulous.

For the same reasons Cassiebsg already mentioned, my vote goes to Kumpel.

      Howdy!
Seems to me that there is noone else interested in voting (roll)
So I simply jump in for a vote myself

1st  AnasAbdin ~ there is nothing that I can nitpick about ~ the entry satisfies all aspects that was told in the first post, is done in a well fitting style and in a good way of using the shape
2nd  Danvzare ~ for my taste this entrie is a veeery near runner up ~ that cat and how it is fitting in the shape still makes me laughing ~ I am not sure if this is really the first time for the artist ~ but however I'd like to see him more often participating  (nod)
3rd  Mandle ~ even without a reference to a specific game, this entry stands out for me ~ the wonderful on the shape matching idea as well as the great drawing style

and now ...

Thanks a lot for taking part in this puzzeling little competition by creating an entry and/or voting!

Without further ado I proudly announce the winners
and congratulate all my heroes:

Arj0n and  jwalt   who both get a well polished AGS-blue puzzle piece for participating with their nice entries
Mandle    who won the glossy bronze puzzle piece for taking the third place
Danvzare    who deserves the shiny silver puzzle piece for reaching the second place

           and  * drumrolls *

AnasAbdin    who takes home the gleaming golden puzzle piece for winning this little comp

Big applause for you all
and an extra one for our glorious winner,  AnasAbdin, who will take it over now to host the next coloring ball.

         WOW!

That's really an entry to be proud of (nod) - with good use of the shape
... and it comes together with an interesting story.

Well done, Mister!

Now I have a nostalgic feeling and memories about a poor hamster (used with the microwave)

<<    Puzzle Pieces     >>

This time it's all about puzzeles.
Think of the best puzzle you put in your game or the best/hardest puzzle you ever played so far.
Place one or more of the items that is/are needed to solve this puzzle in the given shape.

Also I'd like to read a bit about the puzzle itself, why you chose it and which game it is part of (your chance for a bit of house advertising (nod) ).
This is of course voluntary and no requirement
- but I'm already curious

Here's your shape for this color ball:

You are allowed to rotate (no scaling please â€" using imagezoom for displaying will make it easy for all of us to discover all the details).
You can use as much colors as you like, also color the outline and choose the drawing style you prefer.
Just stay in (the) shape and don't cross the given outline.

Trophies? - Sure!
As a little reward for those who participate and like to have a little something for their signature there will be those puzzeled trophies avaliable:

So don't forget to post your entry before the 27th of Feb is over (forum time).

btw.
You are allowed to come up with several submissions (but you can just win once â€" after the voting is done your 'strongest' entry will count)

Just for the fun of it ...
... now start and...
... be creative!

Cool story and shape, Funkpanzer!

I can't believe that there really was not even one soul out of this big family
that wanted to play with me and not distracted by the MAGS!?

But let me thank all those nice people, who posted compliments for my 'mean' cocktail.

Will try to come up with a new shape the next days ...
