Is her skin supposed to be that shade of yellow? Just wondering.

Also, besides the comments about her being stretched too tall in places, her neck actually seems too thick. Perhaps make it a tiny bit narrower?

And you can rely on Mods for never ending sarcasm and (what I'm sure are) drunken posts. ;)

I'm currently in need of some sci-fi sound FX like computer console sounds, ship background ambience, etc. :)

miguel, you're putting words into my mouth. At no point did I say blind people were inferior in any way other than missing a sense.

Quote from: miguelTerranRich, if that is so, then why some people are enlightened and are capable of seeing those patterns and others don't?
Aren't we all born equal?

I was speaking within the general context of what you said above. You asked why some people are capable of seeing those patterns and others aren't. I then pointed that some people are born without the ability to see.

As far as being "born equal", if  you mean with the same sets of abilities, then no. If you mean in terms of superiority (which I didn't think you meant), then yes, no one person is better than the other.

^^^ Spoiler code fail

Who ever said we were born equal? People are supposed to have the sense of sight, yet some people are born blind.

I predict AGS 5.0 Beta will be the "TerranRich" Edition.

That sounded more morbid than I intended. :P

Religion is not inherent to people. Religion is created by the part of our brain that tries desperately to see patterns within chaos, to see order where there is none. When there is a person with 5% chance of recovering from a brain tumor who suddenly recovers, one might see a miracle, an act of God... I tend to see the law of probability in effect, and a person who is fortunate enough to live another day.

Are you saying that homosexuals aren't normal?

Heh, kidding.

Honestly, I have never heard of any of those resolutions, Stee.

And, um, 1366x768? What's that? If you mean 720p HD, that's 1280x720. ;)

Now I'm just waiting for the people who go "So he was famous, who cares? Big deal! We gotta mourn someone's death now?"

If you do go with Darth's design, I'd suggest to add more padding between the image (of the flag) and the text for better readability and overall look. Otherwise, great design, Darth!

Yeah, it looks fine, but I would curve the sticky note a bit and maybe give it a folded corner.

The paper looks ram-rod straight now.

Edit:
Something like this maybe:

Any reason why you're not going with the suggestion above? It's definitely something that's worth looking into. It's almost painful to see the "sticky" note the way you have it now.

Isn't it 16:9 and not 16:10?

The male lead in my series of games is an exception to this rule. While at first he will seem to be the ideal child of a utopian society, we learn that things aren't as perfect as they seem, and the character goes through some personal growth and change that leaves a permanent impression on him, eventually changing his personality, pretty much. That's all I'll say. :)
#357
That's exactly the idea... I'm working on the two smaller games at the same time I'm working on the big, commercial one. :)

Yeah, it's been "Awaiting Fix" for over 7 years now... LOL

It's time for an update! Work on By the Sword: Foreword is going quite well, with new backgrounds, characters, etc. being created every day.

I have made the first of what I hope are many personal log entries by our main character. Read the video description for more details: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFNM_5ohulI

This video doesn't really add much, but future log entries will add more story and background details to the game and the universe. The audio was recorded on the spot with no script, all improvised.

Most of the people on Yahoo! Answers are borderline retarded. I've learned to just avoid it, though it really used to be a great source of information and answers.
