Well, I played the demo of URU and I must say that it had the worst character control I've seen in a while.. it was like attempting to do point+click but not quite and 3d movement and not quite either...  

It's only good if you select "1st Person Only" from the options. The 3rd person control is horrible. Use right click to look around and W+S to move backwards and forwards.

I think the Myst series has always sold well. The first one has sold over 12 million copies!! You should rephrase it to "there's still an audience for Myst adventure games" :P

Your second animation is totally awesome, massive improvement over the first.

Is it going to be a mod for Deus Ex 1 or Deus Ex 2... DE2 is out in January or something.

If you're getting a "Forbidden 403" error when you try to register: Some versions of the AOL browser have a problem with the secure server so AOL users will sometimes get a 403 - Forbidden error when trying to register. I'm afraid we don't know how to fix it at this time. We believe it is related to security so perhaps changing a security setting in your AOL browser will correct the problem. If an AOL user knows how to do this we would really appreciate it if you could drop us a line giving us details so that we can let others know.     In the meantime there are a couple of suggestions below.

Even though you might not be using AOL:
IE: Tools>Internet Options then mess about with the Security and Privacy tabs i guess...

I played the Uru demo and thought it was pretty good if you play in 1st person only... lets hope you don't totally slate it :P. Downloading...

Create a new layer
Select your sprite with the magic wand tool
Modify>Selections>Expand>1 pixel (higher number = thicker outline)
Fill the selection with the outline colour you want
Modify>Selections>Contract>1 pixel
Press delete!
