That explains a lot.

Care to back this opinion up at all, Layabout? Y'know, with examples and stuff?

Although it looks like an insanely stylish film, all the ultraviolence I hear about turns me off. I'm not a fan of violence in movies... I guess I think about it to much. When I see someone getting hurt the first thing I think about is, "What would that feel like if it was happening to me?" Damn me and my stupid thinking.
Hmm....

Hmm, actually I already did a Burton-esque background a while ago.

Aw, how cute, it's like all the little countries are like states!

:P

Ooooh I love SQ5. It was one of my early adventure games. I'm pretty sure I walkthrough'd the hell out of it, but it's a good example of the kind of excitement one can derive from Sierra's deathtrap-laden style.
Plus it has awesome graphics, music, and atmosphere.

The masturbation thing sounds like BS to me. Or were you joking? If that's the case, then "zing".

I'd probably be some bizarre lovechild of Jerry and Kramer.

Oh no! quaaaaaaaack.
I liked him. There have been a lot more original projects started under him than the last guy.

Not that I'd want Arnold for prez, but is there any real reason that people born off of American soil can't run for president? It should be the voters' decision...

The 51% was of those who wanted a recall. There were more people who wanted to keep Davis than those who wanted Arnold. But at the same time there were more people who wanted Davis out than those who wanted to keep him. Tricky, huh?

On the football field in winter, me and group of other Seniors used a snowblower to produce the shape of a penis in the snow.  At night, of coarse...

I read "Seniors" and thought "Senior Citizens". It's funnier my way.

Ooh, prettyful. Much better than "the depressing pictorial of the barren shithole town you live in" as I put it in the Flame War thread. ;)

Well, for one thing, the majority of game designers and most players are male. It's just hard to write for a female character, and it's hard to connect with one. I think it's a subconscious problem. You could take a female character's lines and give them to a male, and for the most part, it would be easier for the male player to connect with.
I'm looking forward to Pestilence's game, though. Her character "Pancake" is so quirky that it's no problem for me to connect with her.
