I'd name it Domino! Actually, I think Domino would be cute for a cat, but it'd work for a dog.

Next: Which current box office film would make the best adventure game? (OTHER than Pirates of the Caribbbean!)
#422
Farlander: My point is, they've only released ONE adventure game in the past four years. So "degrading in quality every year" isn't really something that can be done. They're degrading in quantity, definately. But I'd be hard pressed to say that Grim Fandango is a degradation in quality, in any respects. Of course, that's just my opinion, but oh well, continue the game please.
#423
Oh yeah, because Grim Fandango was SUCH a step down from CMI...
It's ok to ask a question that's based on opinion, but come on, don't ASSUME the person answering shares your opinion.
LucasArts' adventures really haven't been common enough lately to gauge their quality.

Next question: Would you buy a LucasArts adventure if its graphics were made in MS-Paint?

Err... I don't think there's been any downfall. Just a few instances of insanity.
Actually, I think the Mappomedia thing was the only real problem.

Prez Jack didn't get zapped, he got impaled by the head martian's fake-hand robot thing.
Of course Mars Attacks probably isn't the best way to bring people together, since you either hate it or love it.

Well, you just posted several paragraphs of info about alt tags and tooltips, and I called you a dork. No offense meant of course. Look at my weekly post count and we'll see who the real dork is...  ;)

edit, PS. I just noticed that my weekly post count is currently at 42. Guess I'm definately the bigger dork here.

That's not so bad. Look what I made: http://www.eviltrailmix.com/extra/spiralling.swf
Try it at full screen, high frame-rate. Eek!

No, just the creepy muscular, too-humanoid ones. And the people who dress up like them (sans muscles.)

My sister used to talk to this guy online. She got sick of furries though, and I guess there was a falling out.
He did the animations for Jazz Jackrabbit 2.... The Last Platformer.

That reminds me, there is a Truckers, Diggers and Wings movie (movies?) planned: http://www.animated-movies.net/TruckersDiggersAndWings.html
Haven't read them, though.

Yeah, I saw Wyrd Sisters. It wasn't great, but it did give me a good idea of Discworld would work in a cinematic format. I hope someone makes a full-blown Discworld movie, someday.
I've heard that the Soul Music cartoon is better. It's not on Netflix though.

Yeah, I'd love to see this, but it's having trouble getting off the ground. Gilliam is currently filming this: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0355295/combined

Looks cool. I'm downloading it.
#437
Are you talking about Gobliins 2? I used to play that back in the day too. I loved the sound FX. ;D
As for your sound problem, have you tried running it with http://ntvdm.cjb.net/ ?
#438
TheDude: I downloaded that. It just crashes. :P

Incredible graphics, I can't wait for this.
The main character has a mullet.... :D

Heh, fun.
I completely leveled the place.

Then I got creative with the scorch marks:
