I don't plan on drinking, though.
Unless the monotony gets to me.
Happy times!

General Discussion / Re:I was in a car crash

I just saw some ten year old kid get smacked by a car about half an hour ago. Christ, it's stressful. Luckily he seemed ok, at the most he'll get a cast and a bunch of attention.

Probably.
Also, I just saw a kid get hit by a car today. He was ok, but it's not exactly the sort of thing that makes one excited about getting one's license. Unless you're into mowing people over...

Wow. That is the weirdest thing ever. I thought it was an animated gif at first...

No, it just means it's a free game, but paying customers will get the game up to a whole year early, with packaging. :)

Look, if you want to start "intelligent discussion about game theory" then start it here. If nobody's posting it in the AGS-forums, then nobody will post it in the new forum.

Yeah, they're New Yorkies all the way. I guess it's an easy mistake to make, there IS something sort of Canadian about them.
But this thread is about me.

Well, if you've been paying attention you'd know that I don't exactly have dozens of friends urging me to go hang out with them.
But I am going to go see my friend's band, in fact I think I might even get to play with them on Friday, possibly. So that's promising.

Urgh, that sucks. MP3.com has been pretty dodgy in recent months. Guess I should find an alternative.
As for the "Canadians Who Could Be Taller Than Average"... I can't find any info about them.

Perhaps you could sell it at first, and make the cheap folks wait a whole year before you put it up for free download. Eh?

Hmm... Church youth group might be a little akward... dunno. I don't like the idea of "joining" anything, since it can be a bit of a blind commitment.
However, I might look for jobs, or start taking walks more often, etc. My friend got back from Georgia, and he wants me to be in his band, it's just the other members that need convincing. There's a social thing this Friday, with a bunch of local bands playing, including my friend's band (don't think I'll be able to play with them by then, oh well.)
Anyway, thanks for the help, everyone.

I played it! Good job... rather buggy, and not terribly accurate, but oh well.  :)

LIVE FROM THE HAUNTED CANDLE SHOP!

Lemon Demon's new CD is officially out and about. Buy it now. Buy a bunch and throw them around your room, except for one which you must save for listening to.

Features include:
47 minutes of 17 tracks of pure joy and joy byproducts!
Album art and documentation, with lyrics (may require magnification to view)!
Rainbowy reflective CD!
Covers of They Might Be Giants and an obscure Japanese video game commercial theme!
And much much more!

Don't be the only person in your neighborhood who hasn't yet bought Lemon Demon's "Live from the Haunted Candle Shop"!

PS, I might as well mention that my friend Logan Whitehurst has just released a new album as well, and it's probably better than mine.

If so, is that a Helm doll next to it?

There's nobody to talk to. It seems like 95% of the people in my neighborhood are driving by in cars.
In caaars.

Well, when you watch a movie you can almost always bet that the protagonist won't die. It's been established that LucasArts focuses on cinematicism (is that a word?) rather than being a traditional "game", whereas with Sierra I'm surprised they didn't have a high score table on all their games.

Yeah, I'm looking for more specific answers, not vague instructions. When someone asks how to get to the supermarket you don't tell them to get in their car and just drive. :P
I have some ideas now, but once again it all comes down to waiting, for an opportunity to use one of the ideas...

It's got the Rodekill theme though.
And Kinky Island still isn't finished.
But neither is Rodekill 2, I suppose. Unless Rodekill 2 is gonna be a pirate adventure. In which case, everything I know is wrong.
