Ok, I meant 12431. They have similar color schemes on their avatars.

im sure she'd remember

"I've got an STD but lets do it anyway"

I think it would work better as a pickup line this way: "Hey baby, want some STDs?"

I don't see the resemblance, m0ds...

Edit: OK, that was a rather confusing post...

Sam and Max could kick Link's pointy elfish ass.

I've noticed that people of the female persuasion have gained a much stronger presence on the internet in the past year or so. I can't say I'm too pleased with the resulting oversaturation of ^__^ style smilies.

The second image is better, I think. The only real problem is the light spot on the ground fades to a darker shade of brown, but then cuts to dark blue. It should be fading into blue with no sharp edge.

The puberty thing was what m0ds said in Mitar's goodbye thread.

I've tried Mozilla. It was exactly the same as IE, only I couldn't use the Back/Forward buttons on my mouse.
So I stopped. I still don't have any viri...

Farlander, I've heard that Ron intended the ending to be ambiguous. It could mean either the whole thing was young Guybrush's imagination, or that it's just a curse in case a MI3 was made. I'm not sure how it could be added without Ron's agreement, he was the project leader and game production was very tight knitted back then...

To quote m0ds, "Goodbye! Don't come back until you've gone through puberty."

Just kidding. It's sad to see you leave.

:'( Bye!  :'(

As I said in a post when its E3 site was first revealed, I think it looks great. The greatness of the original game had nothing to do with being in 2D.

I was around when CMI hit the public, and it got as much backlash as EMI did. When EMI came out, however, I noticed that CMI's bashers waned out. It's just an observation. I don't know if anyone actually changed their minds about CMI, it just seems like everything shifted. It makes me realize that even if something is generally agreed upon in an Internet community, it doesn't mean jack and can change in several months.
#976
You weren't around to defend it when it first came out though, were you?
And likewise, all the people who were disappointed with CMI seem to have disappeared. Think history would repeat itself if they made MI5?
#977
CMI is loved and praised now that it's not the most recent game... When it came out it many people complained that it just rehashed the humor and style of the original games. EMI comes out and they complain that its humor and style are not in the spirit of the previous games.  ???

A lot of people have said that EMI is just fine as a stand alone game, but as a MI game it's terrible. I think that's ridiculous. Nobody takes anything at fzcking face value anymore.

Yeah, the shareware-type system Id and other companies used to use was cool. Mmm, Commander Keen Part 4....

I'm not too much against Warez. Warez sites are usually really evil though. Apart from Abandonware, I don't think there are any actual warez sites that carry any games. Just pop ups.
Abandonware sites (wether the titles they have are actually "abandonware" or not) are usually much more benign though. It's for nostalgia, and it's unlikely that you'd buy any abandonware games if they weren't up for download.
Actually, a good chunk of the games I've pirated are games that I already owned but lost my CD to.

As soon as I read the title I thought "Hum, how is he going to sexualize CHICKEN FEED?" No offense, Neole, your art is simply great, but I feel you're wasting your vast talent on OMG LOOKIT HER BOOBIES

Farlander, it's not always. Quite often if someone watches a film and they're just sure they're going to hate it, there's no way they possibly could.
