Yep, perfectly acceptable. In fact if the game is set some time in the past, I'd definitely use O over Oh.

It's just PaulM. The clue is Rosa's login name.

Huh. My bad, you got the date right. The only thing that could be wrong is the error code.

It's okay, I'm stuck too (can't figure out how to get the fairy dust). But here's something that might help you out.

If you go down from where the main hall is there are two other rooms accessible, one with a tin of paint and one with a kitchen. Open the fridge in the kitchen and take out the banana peel and mayonnaise. When you go back out you'll be attacked by a guy with a knife, use the banana peel on the floor before he gets to you. Take his knife and go dip it in the paint. Use the green marker on the mayonnaise.

Certain things that Rosa can say to Frank might give you a clue as to what you're ultimately going to have to do to solve this puzzle. And remember that you have two characters. ;)

I'm going to try and make it.

Edit: Is anyone else going from Scotland?

Having completed the game twice I hereby declare myself the grand authority on all things Blackwell and am more than willing to offer subtle pushes in the right direction for anyone who may happen to get stuck.

Have at it!

For possessive you use its. You only use an apostrophe when you're contracting it is or it has.

I'm loving this so far, though unfortunately I just hit a snag where I tried to exit PAL's basement and got stuck in an infinite walking loop, and I haven't saved at all...

Back to the beginning I go!

I think I'll just pretend that there were only ever two COMPLETELY AWESOME Simon games and ignore the existence of a further three.
#33
Why do they have to ruin everything I hold dear? Why?

THERE WAS NO SIMON THE SORCERER 4.

Wait, was there a Simon the Sorcerer 4? They made one after the travesty that was Simon 3D?

A midget called Jorgen with one eye who hangs around in the alleyways behind hotels whose names begin with U on Tuesdays when Venus is in the twelfth house at midnight with a crew cut holding a hand grenade between his teeth while whistling Never Gonna Give You Up slightly off-key.

Well I tend to think so far outside the box I'm not even aware that there IS a box, and when I moused over the cheese it said "malleable cheese wheel" and I'd remarked from the very moment I saw the jail carvings that they would turn out to be important at some point, so it just kind of clicked as soon as I saw the missing part of the totem.

I got that one pretty much immediately. :P

The ones that I had trouble with were seizing the ship and finishing the Porcelain Power Pirate.

Where are you stuck, ScummBuddy? There were a few puzzles that got me racking my brains, but I figured it out in the end thankfully.

Sorry I've been taking so long yarooze, but I promise promise promise that you will get them next week at the very latest. I'm going to devote all my time to finishing off Tom's lines for you.

In modern English media is used as a singular, but it derives originally from the singular medium. I was referring mainly to the digital term. It's sort of similar to the datum/data thing.
