yeah, I think it's got potential for a short story. But as matt just said, be very careful of spelling errors, they make everything look lame.

THough unlike him I found the start rather moderate, not boring though, a soft start that wouldn't scare people away. Which is good if they're motivated enough to read it. And I loved the clown part. OK, so it was a bit out there, and it didn't really ever come clear why or how it came to it, or how it ended. My bet is you're telling us about your first try on crack, might be wrong though But it did catch my interest right there. Perhaps if you wanted to make it better, make it more self explamatory and don't leave too much for the reader to find out.

I won't meddle with the title since I generally suck at that, but matts ideas seem fairly good.

I rated top 100 in a nationwide maths test and got top score in a similar test on German... but we don't have tests like that here. And I pretty much forgot all about maths after these, so nowadays I suck. I also did a IQ test, but that's too personal, not that I screwed it up, but still.

-Dunno, don't really play games, I shall try that tomorrow when there's more time.

Have you tried some bog-standard headphones? What are they like?
-bog-what now? I had there small phones, and they broke down because they were crappy, since then I've been using these, that and because I've been skyping.

Hi, I thought someone here could perhaps help me a bit. I've been listening to quite a lot of pop lately, and got frankly pretty bored of it. So I thought I need some serious ramming and tried some of my heavy rock albums and notived the volume is really low.

So I'm using my headset/microphone thingie, you know, that you can easily skype with. And, hmm, I tried some other stuff too, like Jefferson Airplane and Emiliana Torrini, and it's all very quiet. Well, I thought the problem was winamp, and checked it, volume was as loud as possible. Then I thought, well perhaps it's the computer settings. So I opened the sound settings and everything is on ful volume. But I still can't hear nothing, and I'd really need some hard ramming in my brains after a month of quiet cheesy pop.

I checked that my headphones were connected correctly and the plug was all the way in. Could it be that my soundcard is somehow messed up, or is it just that I don't notice how loud the music is. I thought it could be because most of the noise doesn't stay in my headphones, they're so loose, but I tried pushing them at my ears, did nothing. I just want to ram my brain out sometimes, is that too much to ask :'(

EDIT: That and I tried setting the preamp higher on winamp and it breaks the noise without making it louder.

Blah, google's capitalistic crap. Even though it works better and I too use it I suggest you start protesting against it and avoid using it.

Speaking of which, same Gallup report said (from memory) 58 per cent of voters were ready for a black presidenial candidate.

Which only means 58% doesn't care which party to vote for, so should the other be black, then the other one would win.

I sincerely hope they choose Hillary. If not for the fact that I do respect her husband more than most American presidents, then because she is a woman and that'd really make a big difference in everything.
