Oh good. Maybe there will be some competition for Slasher after all.

There were a few complications on trying to get my verb coin to work. I might have thought of a way to make it work at 1:30 or so this morning. Or else it just sounded good then.
If it doesn't work, then I'll either go with a 2 click interface or use the hugely flawed objects as verbs interface I tried in May...

Edit: So far it looks like it'll work.

Well, since Stupot revealed his hand, so I will I.
I knew he was the Seer and protected him last night since I am the guard.
If you people lynch him, you are all on your own.

You are correct.
And the show I watched Sunday was the new Lost in Space, which has Parker Posey as the fake Dr. Smith.

Well, things certainly took an unexpected turn...

I suppose dialog is a way to do it. And using an inventory has also been suggested.
But a context sensitive verb coin makes the most sense to me. Fewer steps involved for the player at least.
Now if only I can figure out the graphics style for my game...

I worked on my idea for the verb coin a bit last night and then realized that unless there's some different way to do it, it's no better than just left clicking on the hotspot to begin with. It might actually be worse. But at least it does work as a means to create context sensitive verbs. Today I'll adapt what I did to work with left clicking instead.

Buckethead- Looking good. Hopefully you'll release whatever you have finished, even if it's not fully polished.

Help! My head's turned into a coconut and they're going to make pina coladas out of my brain.

Since I hadn't heard of The Shooter until you mentioned it, nope.
The watched both the show that made me think of this and this show on Netflix.
And for those who haven't figured out who this actor is, it's Tom Wright. Who I first saw on Star Trek Voyager as Tuvix.
edit: I just checked, and it seems this show is no longer on Netflix...
So, here's another image.

Ugh. As much as I hate to do this, there's something that makes me think that because she's been the least suspicious to me that makes her now the most suspious.
I hate to do this. But I vote: Cassie.

Hopefully I'll have a chance to vote on a decision. I most likely won't be back for 13 1/2 hours or so. And I don't want to be the first person to vote to lynch someone...

Admittedly I didn't remember James Garner had been on it. And I couldn't remember if if John Ritter actually died or had been taken to a hospital and died shortly after.

Okay, this is from a show I thought of yesterday since an actor I saw in something I watched yesterday was also in this. And scifi fans might recognize this actor from something.

One simple search proved to me which show this was since I could only think of 2 that David Spade was in and I knew for sure this wasn't the other...
Sadly, 2 actors from it died.
8 Simple Rules, which at least at one point was 8 Simple Rules For Dating My Teenage Daughter.

Well, I suppose combining Street Fighter and Stargate SG-1/Atlantis could somehow work. Of course that could be influced by the fact that hearing indeed makes me think of Teal'c and last week I watched an episode of Stargate Atlantis where Ronon and Teal'c were fighting...
#1274
Yeah, I can see how that could cause creative problems.
The best suggestion I have is somehow use the experience in a game.

If the seer also has telekinesis, there are several ways I could think of to get the information. But that seems unlikely.
I have a feeling that the werewolves are quietly laughing at us, though.
But I can say one thing for sure, my instincts on everything except towards Dayowlron have been wrong.
I would like to hear from at least one more person before making any decision, though. Preferably 2...

Yes and no. Return of the Tentacle, at least the amount I've played so far, is pretty much just 2 click interface with context sensitive images that showed up. What I want will be more like a verb coin since it will have multiple options.
An example of what I mean is something that I thought of when trying to get back to sleep at one point this morning. Hover over water and it would give the options to drink, swim, or put some in a container.
Of course having the options come up when hovering might be an absolutely horrible idea. But at the least hovering can be used for scripting which interactions would be used.

Well, this is unfortunate. We can't make any more mistakes now. Otherwise we may as well just burn the village to the ground.
I am quite surprised that PrivateerPuddin was targeted instead of me or someone else more outspoken. Obviously these werewolves are smarter than I thought. Which I suppose isn't saying much.
This time we must be decisive. We must act.
#1278
Alright. I wish you the best of luck.

And I'm going to attempt a different variation of a verb coin. Instead of being brought up by a mouse click, I'm going to see how well having it brought up by hovering over a hotspot will work.
#1279
I have nothing worth showing yet. Today's supposed to be quite a bit cooler than the past 3.
After having played Return of the Tentacle this weekend, I'm going to see if I can make a context sensitive interface work. But I'm limiting myself to today and tomorrow to work on it. If it doesn't work out, then I'll either use a 2 click interface or modified 9 verb.

Mandle - If you need help finishing the walk cycle, I can give it a go. I can't promise it would be as good as you'd do, but at the least it could be something you could modify a bit to work. I'd even be willing to attempt other animations you might need.

I actually thought that

was pretty acceptable but that they really needed a much better

Edit: After playing a bit of Sam and Max Hit the Road and Return of the Tentacle, the voices are most definitely very off.
I'd probably be able to handle it a bit better if the voice for Bernard wasn't so good.

And while Don Adams is in no way the first person that Sam's voice reminds me of, I can kind of see it being like if Don Adams tried to sound a little like Humphrey Bogart.
